Eyes cleared, the panic subsided somewhat.
Alone again, the Lord carefully poked her head around the wooden wall.
Hildegarde will return to partial -3 cover. She wants to get a look before she decides what to do

Hildegarde will return to partial -3 cover. She wants to get a look before she decides what to do
The scene before Hildegarde is something akin to a bomb going off. Scorched vegetation is flattened, and steam rises from the ground creating a fog. Several people stumble around that fog, mewling questions; some make cries of pain. A limp here, a half bare head there. People clutching at their backs, or sides.
Not everyone has escaped unscathed.
Yumyumcrow -- it was pointed out to me that Hildegarde was skipped in the previous Turn. Feel free to declare another Action.
Jag Tracy Burns
At this point I'm thinking that Lady H is still hoping / expecting the other Kindred to come barrelling out of the gloom. More specifically, she will checking to see if the Archer (or Baldwin) are still standing. If I'm right, that should constitute an action of itself and bring Hildegarde up to speed. She'll hold off making a break for it until she notes that the Nosferatu is down or Tracy appears beside her.
Alone and out of the loop, she is trying to make sense of things. And trying not to panic
Hildegarde does not see Baldwin. David is obfuscated, and Tracy is flying. She's alone.
With no sense of direction and unable to see anything around, the hawks continued to fly around in circles, hoping to regain their sense of direction.
Unable to see anything, Tracy will continue to fly around for now
Keep going! David and Tracy are on their Last Turn of being Blind.
[B]Initiative
David Regan Casitive - Hildegarde - Tracy (17) - Jacqui - Drone 1 - Drone 2 - Drone 3 - Drone 4 - Drone 5 - Drone 8
Hildegarde notices the drones beginning to re-purpose themselves; they have been interrupted, but they still have directive. She sees them begin lumbering towards her.
Through his blindness, David can also hear the swish-swish of tall, wet grass sliding against approaching bodies.
The Shadow knows they are coming. He blinks furiously in an attempt to regain his vision. He has to run. Like all those times when David was young, running from bullies. Bullies who yelled after him about his Father, about David himself, about their business – their clients. At most they called him creepy, David can weather that word but the stones and punches were harder to take. So he ran, like he has to run here.
David can hear them get closer. David moves slowly, away from where the sound of grasses against bodies. He has to trust in his ability to remain between the cracks of memory to give him just enough time to run.
David moves slowly, crouched away from the noise of the shambling horde. Hildegarde Yumyumcrow
The Lord is alone.
Apart from the shambling horde there is nothing to suggest her comrades escaped the firey conflagration. Memories claw at the corners of her awareness. Her decision is simple - she attempts to slip away. After all, she reasons, someone must pass on what happened out here, in the wet wilds at the city's edge.
Being blind, Tracy had no choice but to continue focusing her efforts on keeping the flock in the air. Doing much else would be too much of a distraction at that moment, so the hawks continued to flutter around in circles.
Birds. Vision. It's a thing. The expression eagle-eyed, or naming an archer Hawkeye aren't just because they sound cool (they do sound cool) but as an homage to the ocular acuity of a predator that can see a mouse from a football field away.
As Tracy's vision slowly returns, only minor adjustments are needed to bring her cast back together and realize she's done a pretty good job of staying on course.
And there's nothing there.
Wheeling around*, she's the only one that can see the impressive scorch mark on the earth fully from her vantage point. The blackened vegetation spreads out like a miasma from the bunker.
Several drones are working their way around the wooden barrier.
David and Hildegarde have declared that they will Exit Scene. Jacqui and Baldwin are nowhere in sight. Jag Tracy Burns
