It takes a bit but soon the receiver is picked up.
There is the sound of a long exhale.
"'Allo?"
The accent is obvious
"Dzees is ze Rage. 'ow can I 'elp you?"

"Hello."
'How the hell to put this?'
"My name is Leo, and I was at the very private party you threw last November. I'm currently looking into a missing phone that was found at a crime scene last fall. The phone has some very distinct tracks on it. I think it's all wolf howls and bird calls mixed over some hip hop songs. We were wondering if we could swing by the Rage and play it for you or one of your DJ's, see if you know who mixed them."

“Euhhh, Et vous m’appelez?”
A pause, and some whispering
“We ahr closed now, come to dzeh back door.”

There was a pause as Leo tried to decipher Jammer's first response. He decided either the accent was to thick or it was some foreign language.
"Alright. We're currently at [Library], so we should be there in [time]. Thanks for hearin' us out."
