Bandit watches as Marietta takes some time getting over it and once she's on the other side, he climbs up the fence and over much more quickly then Marietta but then, he's had practice with climbing over things in his line of work.

It might have taken a little bit of time getting over the fence, but it didn't appear that anyone was around to actually spot them. The car park in the distance remained empty, meaning that any activity was probably still relegated to the warehouse that Bandit and Marietta were scouting out. They were going to need to get closer to actually see anything within.
Dex + Stealth if you choose to sneak closer to the warehouse.

Grimacing to herself at how long it had taken, Marietta creeped closer to the warehouse, hoping to get to the point where she could hear or see something.

Bandit follows Marietta as silently as possible, leaving about a foot between them as he goes.
Marietta and Bandit discovered quickly that their sneaky attempts at getting close to the warehouse were good. No one so much as came to take a quick look out of the window. Marietta in particular is almost soundless as she advanced upon the building. As Bandit saw on his first visit, the windows were still dirty and a couple of empty crates were beneath them.
At this stage, they could do anything given no one knows that they are there.

Peering through the dusty window, Bandit can just about see some slight movement inside the warehouse. From where he's standing there appeared to be just a couple of guys hefting around a large crate. On its own that didn't exactly look nefarious, being that it was a warehouse they were in.
Maybe Marietta just had a better angle though, because as she scrutinised the interior she can see a whole lot more. The warehouse actually contained about six people, all armed; and they weren't just randomly carrying around crates. They're marking them in different colours pens, and assigning them specific areas in the warehouse. One corner house three crates, another five, the centre had two large people-sized crates.
One of the men seemed to be in charge, and he shouted instructions on where to load and off-load. Each of the group looked pretty jubilant, too. Whatever they were hauling, they were very happy about it.

"They're definitely up to something," Marietta whispered, nodding in the direction of the men in the warehouse. There wasn't anything that inherently suspicious about people moving crates in a warehouse, but these men were very heavily armed for such a routine job. "Whatever they're boxing up, they look happy about it."

Bandit nods along, although that doesn't mean he isn't doing his hardest to get a clearer view of the happenings within. He moves until he can get a clear picture of what's going on within. Stopping at his second change of a spot, he remains, wondering what Marietta would have them do next.
