Truly wonderful stuff... it captures the nature of frenzy while also being fun and amusing as hell to read. I literally LOL this morning reading both of these.
And Frost, playing Rosuto, followed up with this:
Rosuto dashes after Richard, close behind D'Wayne, trying to catch him. The little shit was fast, but her small stature made it easy to weave in and out of the cars. They needed to catch him before he ran into the street and got himself hit by a car or attacked someone who got in his way or........
A multitude of possabilities ran through her mind, none of them ending in anything good. It only served to spurr her on and run faster.
That one does a very good job of capturing how a vampire - particularly one concerned about the Masquerade - might react to another vampire's frenzy.
