Olivette waits at The Sterling to greet the Covenant heads and show them to the executive conference room in the penthouse suite set aside for their use. A heavy, marble table dominates the room with enough seating for Covenant heads, Primogen, and Prisci, if the occasion warrants. A console on one wall contains a tray of goblets filled with crimson liquid.

Circe arrives early to the meeting, accompanied by Jayant. Feeling it important she represent herself in the manner of her Covenant, she wears her ceremonial garb and bears the staff/spear adorned with the symbol of the Circle of the Crone, but both are Obfuscated at the moment. To viewers, she appears to be simply a smartly-dressed businesswoman - black jacket and mid-thigh-length skirt, black hose, blood-red blouse - albeit one with unusual taste in footwear, as she wears lace-up, Grecian-style sandals.
Circe greets Olivette in a formal manner, but not a snooty or superior one and asks if Jayant is permitted to attend along with her.

Olivette considers for a few moments, then concludes, "I'm sure Primogen Nagaraj is welcome." She gives a small dip of the head to each and leads them to the room.

Rahyna goes through her extensive wardrobe to find the outfit she is thinking of once she finds it she dons her clothing for the evening and makes her way to the sterling hotel. Once at the hotel Rahyna looks around the hotel for some idea of where to go.

Jayant gives the Ghoul a respectful back in response, understanding that she too survived the virus that brought down many of their kind during the Lost Nights, not an easy feat.
Sticking close to his Hierophant, Jayant stays quiet and alert.

Asa made his way to to the lobby after valet'ing his car. Seeing Rahyna, he smiled and approached. "I'm sorry, Olivette must be escorting other guests," he said, offering her his arm.

Rahyna smiles at Asa and takes his offered arm "It is very good to see you again." she follows his lead and as they walk she leans into him so she is not over heard "Prince Clarke let me first apologize to you for the way I acted when I first showed back up into town it was very rude and I have no excuse for it." she straightens herself back up and continuse to walk with Asa "So tell me have you changed the rules so much that we are now to use Invictus terms for all in power?" she queried noting that any time he spoke of Arnold he had called him reeve.

"Is Twist calling herself Archon?" Asa deadpanned as he pushed the elevator button.
|
|
|

"Not to me but why do we have a Reeve and not a sheriff?" Rahyna looks at him and thinks back to when Twist had come to help her at the Chapter House "I honestly don't recall if anyone has called Twist anything but Hound but my mind has been a bit scattered since I arrived back in town. And I know that you personally called Arnold Reeve so I guess maybe I am just assuming too much."

"Do you watch... sporting events?" Asa asked Rahyna. "Every now and then, there is a player who is so well regarded, they 'retire' his jersey. That is to say, his number is no longer assigned to any player on the team."
"Culler is Invictus." Asa shrugged. "As he distinctly told me when we first met," he continued with a sudden smile, "he was the former Archon of Jackson. If he wishes to continue to be called Reeve, that's his prerogative."
They entered the elevator and Asa pushed the button to begin it's upward ascent. "It's the proper term, you know. Sheriff is a modernization of Shire's Reeve."
