Seeing his rage and anger subside, Martha decides to leave well alone. She toyed with a few thoughts, nods, curtsies and is sincere as she adds; "I understand, sir. I wish you well with your activities this evening, sir."
Rising from her curtsey, she rubbed very hard at her stiff thigh, watching Conner carefully as she backs away. Looking around to see who else was around still.
Conner exits. Once outside he waits in the car for his coterie mates.

Alice too gives her attention to the duel. A spear? Good choice. She has a mixture of feelings now, first she was dissapointed that the fight was over so soon, and she didn't know how she liked the result. A member of the Invictus with a domain could be good for Alice as well, although had she bet on the Hierophant... 'Oh I knew that she would win, if I had only bet for something real...' The words are nearly more than a thought.
Leaving the aftermath of the duel for what it was, she looks to Ariana. 'Of course Madam Donovan, I should have acted different. However I'm afraid to admit that politeness is not my strongest feature.' Alice shrugs and makes a gesture which says: 'I can't help it, sorry'. Then a sincere smile appears as Ariana offers her help. 'A perfect idea Madam Donovan, I really appreciate your offer. And I hope to see you soon then.' Alice takes the card and gives Ariana her own number, not yet made on a card.
She looks around after Ariana leaves, but comes to realize that more people were departing now the duel was over, thus so does Alice.

Thomas O'Connor
Thomas offered a bow to the retreating Prince and Judex. The Deputy was disappointed that his Coterie mate was not the victor in the contest but he knew that did not mean that Greyson was any less skilled with his blades. The Hierophant Dirge had planned for the fight and exploited Greyson's weakness. Knowing the other Deputy as he did Thomas understood that Conner would work tirelessly to fix that weakness so that when the fights counted for real that weakness would be gone.
"Well next time you ladies shall have to make a wager on the outcome." He remarks with a hint of a smile towards Natasha.
"I believe the evening is ending. Madam Donovan, Miss Lake, would you ladies care for an escort to your vehicles?"
OOC: I got to sleep at 9:30 PM. When I wake up... it's all over? Shitttte.
Mick couldn't help but smile as the Prince ordered the Gangrel to owe Dirge a favor, and over the course of spectating the impossibly short duel- not that the supernatural denizens of the world hadn't made a habit of making the impossible possible- his grin grew wider as Dirge brought down Greyson in two strikes.
Even as everyone began to depart, Mick walked over to Dirge. Someone had to congratulate the winner right? "That was... impressive Dirge. That fast..."

Dirge smiled and bowed low to the prince at the Prince's words.
"Thank you Prince Clarke you are most generous," She said respectfully.
She straitened herself up and her clothing as she made her way back down the platform and after surrendering her weapons once again to the Archon when she came to collect them.
Smiling politely she inclined her head politely accepting the complement.
"Thank you mick, I was rather lucky. Mr Greyson was a very skilled opponent and it could have easily gone either way. Of course those in the circle are welcome to feeding rights and residency, which looks like just you and me at the moment."
Mick smiled happily and nodded. "Thank you. That would be appreciated. Have a good night." Then after he received Dirge's farewell, he too would be off.
Exiting after Dirge's goodbye.

"Have a good evening Mick," Dirge said politely and made her way toward the exit. She had a lot of work and planning that needed doing. Unfortunately much of it was because of her recent high profile activities and she slowly began to wonder if it was really worth all this hassle.
