Clean up Crew: Sniper House

It was the same general place, same general time, and Witch was dressed the same as before. A dark outfit suited for a night run. The only outlier, her backpack.

And if it worked once, why not again.

So it was that she jogged toward the construction site, only to slow, and eventually pause just shy of it under the pretense of stretching.

As she did so, she glanced toward the house across the street, an irrational expectation rising of seeing a gun pointed her way. This would be a trickier job than the evidence clear up, but it was one that she needed done. But first, she waited to see if Skye was still able to make it.

Dressed up in a long sleeved black shirt paired with some dark jeans and a simple leather belt holding it up, hair temporary colored auburn and put into a ponytail, her usual pale appearance offset by makeup to give it a bit more of a softer more natural appearance, having made sure to cover down her neck and throat as well beyond where the shirt covers to make it look more natural.

Heading towards the meeting spot of last time, not really sure what they would get themselves into this time but if the ones from before were involved in some manner so would they likely have increased the security by now. Waiting until seeing her ally before grabbing hold of the symbols floating around her, letting them swirl and weave a thin protective layer to keep herself from the eyes of those pesky electronic things.

Walking up to Witch´s position with no direct eyes on her, hand raised chin high in a quick friendly wave whilst keeping her eyes forward. Not really knowing if they needed to go over anything this time or say anything before commencing the nights operation.

In the dark of the night once again the two mages gather in the cul-de-sac the construction and repair of the new hunters house looks much further along , almost complete now. It is at the stage where various trades are coming in to handle the details and finishing touches.

In the late summer night no houses have lights on even now it is hot, and the sound of AC units drones through the humid air.

The house of interest tonight however is dark and silent, it has slowly been going to ruin and rot as none has taken interest in it, various for sale boards slowly decay in the small front garden and the dark window from which Witch saw a person looking down a sniper rifle remains empty. That does not of course mean a gun is not currently pointed at them, tricky thing about snipers they could be in a lot of places.

The creaking wooden gate into the overgrown and wild garden leads up to an equal old wooden door that give access to the property, a front window might give them some insight into one of the rooms but it is a mine field of brambles and roots to get over to it and traversing that would clearly leave a path of disturbed flora.

Skye wills her spell into reality and adds it to her pattern making her presence her all that much harder to prove as machines no longer hold sway over capturing her.

A quick smile of welcome as Skye arrived. Lifting her chin toward the target house, "That one. Ready?"

She herself was almost ready. A quick prep action first even as she evaluated the yard with a wrinkle of her nose. She wasn't sure they would be able to hide their steps. But she would at least do what she could.
