[Skye]

Nodding towards the returned interim councilor.
”Oh you have never had Plăcinte la tigaie? Now that is delcious.” Hey that she could bring next month.

Eyes focused upon her councilor.
”With another ready to take over that works yes, my main concern lies to keep the potential issue of a prisoner that is let go.” Taking a breath. ”If they get an understanding of it and who kept it up, and later on joins or just gets information taken from enemies where we have one of a group taken in. So can they decide to target that person, it is not an immediate danger but not taking such a threat into account can come back to bite us.” Over analytic perhaps.

Wait that created an issue though.
”Hey Chambers, considering a constant guard, do we have any history or plans set for how to deal with that during our quarterly meetings?” Looking over towards Aurora to see if they had that solved in the past to her knowledge. ”I would agree, a proper dead zone, strong reinforced materials, added with our already potent wards would leave any escape to basically be due to our error.” The human factor there but far lower.

Grinning with a look towards her fellow arrow, always happy to praise his medical skills.
”No kidding that he is, we encountered a one in 50.000 condition and he knew it instantly. I have seen doctors stumped by a one in 10.000 and he had no issue with a far rarer one.” Which one she spoke of though did not need to be named, they both should know that.

”Or you can find lists done by others, a lot of people make public lists with thematic names.” Made it easy, not always good but it was a path to find music. Starting to nod her head towards the red headed woman, finding her beat with a brief shift to song.
”And he's watching us all with the eye of the tiger.” Shifting her singing voice over to a playful speaking tune. ”Not much into fitness myself, hardly been to the gym lately.” Having no desire to make the jest anything but obvious. ”I did just make an open offer if you wanna change that. Nothing like two three training passes a day.”

Nodding to the question not really hers but she was the one whom had snuck down to Corns area.
”He stayed there, drove him mad, he was wasting away, had to struggle to try and force him to eat as well as remain.” But no locks on him and he had fallen victim to his own mind and left.

Hmm, needing a second to think of her fellow arrows words.
”Perhaps that is how many sees it, however I do not want to place songs and media together like that. Much like how a movie and a documentary is not exactly the same, so is there music for the things you speak of and music meant to hold meaning and depth. To make us see, think, revolt or break down social constructs. At the same time music is also a form of living history, but that can also be said for most media.” But hey punk, long live punk. ”That was beautiful, never underestimate the power of song.”

Looking towards the sole Provost in the room.
”Disparing how easy various arcana can make any kind of none magical lock we can think of so wager how hard you want it to be for us to access as well. Secondary mechanisms, paracentric keyways, magnetic stuff. Then depending on how hard we want to go so adding additional electric passage, or if we want to lessen the humane employment of various delirious gases should tampering or force be detected. Should one person alone be able to open it, else you can set up methods that requires multiple in set time methods lest it resets unless they can somehow brute force it which can be nearly fully negated unless someone comes in with very dangerous materials.”

[Aurora]

Looking thoughtful for a moment, then to Chambers, “What about scrying on the cells? With round the clock observation being needed, if we were not able to get cameras, scrying is always an option. Say someone had to step away for whatever the reason, they could call someone who had the ability to scry, they open a window and keep watch until someone else is able to be there physically in person. So we have options.” They just needed to use them if it came to it.

As to below the Circle, “I haven’t been down there either, so it would need to be explored. But it’s something to keep in mind. I mean, what is down there? Might be worth looking into someday when we don’t have twenty different things going on.” Who knows, might be something good down there. Or bad. Or both!

Catching Thirteens look, she offers a sly smile, “It’s only coffee, I promise.” The sly smile remaining. “Totally not Irish coffee or anything.” Shaking her head. “Nope.” It totally was. “Pints on me then!” this girl was always down for going out for beer.

“I just want to make sure the Arrows know I’m willing to assist where I can and guard prisoners if we have any. I might not fight them as much as I’d just put them down for a nap and keep them quiet that way.” Chuckling, that was more her way of dealing with things. If she can’t turn them into fish, make them sleep.

Nodding, “I think we could all come up with various creative ways to contain someone. Each Arcana offers their own strengths to the matter. I have more I could provide with Life and Spirit; I just recommended ones I know work. But I like that, lets all brain storm.”

Shrugging, “Yes and no to dispatching Spirits. It depends how you want to dispatch them, some manners of it require the use of other Arcana’s, and a great deal of knowledge in those other Arcanas. But yes, Spirits take a bit of work to get them on your side and to work for you. Though once they do, they are quite the foe.” Now, about the allergic reaction, “Wouldn’t a Life spell be able to handle a simple allergic reaction? We’re able to purge others of toxins, drugs and poisons. An allergic reaction should be covered by that.” And if it wasn’t, then what the fuck were they doing?

To Skye, “Then isn’t that when we have someone efficient enough in Mind handle that memory?” she asks, “Or if the concern is that great, why are we worried with keeping prisoners anyways and letting them go?” it needed to be said and asked.

Shaking her head, “I’m not looking to physically fight. That ship has been sailed and I tried to learn, I’m good with what I know.” Phoenyx had tried to teach her, and she was ok with what little she had learned had from.

The comment on Corn was ignored. Corns own stupidity with Sleepers had gotten him killed, that wasn’t madness, it was stupidity.

[Chambers]

It seemed Thirteen had put a lot of thought into both her efforts and observations, leaving the hierarch with nothing to worry about on that front. A feeling he was finding he often had about the Enchantresses endeavors. She had a growing reputation for being quite reliable. "That all sounds very well done. Good work." Praise form the Moros was hard to earn. "All in all I think the area will be lucky to have you." Now was that genuine compliment or one of his poor attempts at humor?

However it did seem there was a misconception that needed to be cleared up. "No. The cells are located back there. past the mysterium wing. Not in the labyrinth below." With no reason for most mages to go down that way it seemed plausible they had no wondered down to take a look. "I have no idea if Corn went into the labyrinth but I have not." With so much to do it just hadn't happened. "The locks are pretty standard at the moment. But no cameras would be pointless." Simple logic. "Cameras are no use unless they are monitored, which brings us back to needing constant surveillance, they add nothing." If someone broke out of the cells and circle it magic would track without need for cameras and anyway.

Asclepius raises a good point. "No Ghosts and spirts are not out of the question. Yes they can be commanded or controlled but so can a mage. If the prisoner is in a dead zone it would make using magic to control and supernaturally employed guards very difficult." It did also bring something else to mind. "Of course we also have the possibility of sleepwalker guards, I know some mages make use of them in their sanctums." Of course that had its own challenges and difficulties. There was no risk free easy option here. "As for your knowledge, I would not expect you to teach without equivalent compensation of course." To be clear he had not been signing the arrow up to give free lectures.

Skye's question was one she would need to look up if she wanted details. "It has come up before. I recall Corn having some idea that would have murdered every unrecognized mage that came through the door." Which you was far from what they wanted. "As for the locks and security, the more we add the more room there is for something to go wrong. If for example the circle lost power any and all electronics would fail." That was just one example. "It is of my view we keep it simple and robust. Less points of failure." Over complicating something always made it more likely to collapse.

Aurora had overlooked something. "The circles wards prevent scrying anything inside it. Be that from us or someone else. We can cast out but not in." Pondering for a time. "Now that is not to say we can't use magic in a more creative way. A spell set to cast wit ha conditional trigger for example would alert the caster if the condition was met." They would feel it settle into their spell control. "Something outside the cells so not to be caught in any dead zone we create." That could work, granted it would be a burden on whoever cast it, and need refreshing each time it was set off.

[Thirteen]

The Enchantress smirked, listening to Asclepius speak of CDs, "Always the downside to physical media, eh? Every album's got a few duds no one wants to hear at concerts." His talk on security measures got her thinking. "If you want to get basic, a security bar installed on the outside of the door is the simplest solution. Just barricade them in. If it's a dead magic zone, they're not pickin' a damned thing."

Skye's reply and offer had one of her red eyebrows quirked upwards in some vague amusement, "Oh, aye, you definitely look like you've let yourself go, lass. Very out of shape." Then she looked surprised, "Wait, two or three... a day?! Where do you find the damn time?" Thirteen struggled to find the time to jog two or three times a week.

Aurora's offer to buy a round had her grinning. "Perfect! There's a couple of British pubs here in the city I want to check out. Sounds like a grand adventure! I didn't even know there were any in the States until recently."

Chambers' praise had the Acanthus a little confused. And blushing. It wasn't something she was used to. Lucky to have her? Was that a jab? The redhead looked awkwardly uncertain. "Uh, thanks?" The subject of the labyrinth beneath their feet provided a useful distraction, and she glanced down at the floor, "Now you've got me wantin' to go dungeon delvin'."

"Where's my fedora and bullwhip?" Jinx chimed in, as he was bound to do.

[Salem]

The sole Warlock in the Consilium, at the moment at least, nods to the Heirarch, glancing towards the board. "Ah. Always a good thing to do.. Better to know what you're up against."

He gives a nod over to the Acanthus. "Yeah. We should probably chat about things..." he says, glancing back towards the Free Council areas. He looks to the crow and gives a smile and a shrug. "It's supposed to be ironic more than anything. Stupid maybe, but ironic."

He nods over to Asclepius. He definitely understood the difference in dangers, even if he has been out of the loop as it seems. "Sure, Talon. Same goes for you. If you need my skills in something, feel free to ask... We're here to help each other."

He blinks over at Skye and gives a small shrug. "Can't say that I have had it, but I'm up for trying new things. Exploring."

He steps over to the Consilium board, checking over it for the notes placed there, taking a moment to rewrite his Shadow name and one of the names he goes by amongst the muggles on the contacts list, seeing as how his last entry got scratched out. No new names on it though, other than the Libertine. That's disappointing.

[Asclepius]

Skye's singing of his own medical skills and knowledge is met with a light chuckle, before adding a couple of words to at least appear humble. “Well, lets leave praise for when I can employ this medical knowledge, shall we? Your words and praise are always appreciated however Skye, so know that I am always grateful.”

Another decent and true suggestion is made by Skye which was to look up for other peoples playlists. “I suppose I could do that as well actually, not a bad idea.” He fought had to resist the urge to join in with the singing but instead focused on Skye's next comment. The words he spoke dripped with sarcasm. “Yes... because as we all know your flexibility and agility is all natural talent and if you did go to the gym, even once, you would be a force to be reckoned with for which we would not be able to contain you.”

He nodded to Skye's continuation of what music meant to her, he could find little for him to add but wanted to affirm her comments in what way he could. “That is the neat thing about music, it is malleable to what you want or need it for.”

With regards to the lock discussion that Skye had added her various comments on. The Arrow did not feel it was his position to further discuss requirements that should be put in place. “Well, I think with that kind of talk Skye, you might be looking to have a sit down with some of the people that will do any maintenance on the cells, or at least be looking into restoring them. However, it is good know you have some thoughts on it already.”

Aurora's comment on the Arrows being aware of her willingness was met with a smile. “Of course, Your willingness is always welcome and appreciated and know that if there was any doubts you have my vote of confidence and trust in such tasks. However I doubt my word would be needed to convince others.”

The smile continued with Aurora's praise of his suggestion. “Well I just think we all have access to different Areas of Arcana and we all are creative in our own way, it just seemed like a good way to cover a lot of different bases.”

He trusted Aurora's words on spirits, she was more knowledgeable on them then himself. He had used Spirit magic before to make contact but it seemed it was a mixed bag of what kind of spirit you could chance a meeting with. “ Sounds like from what you are saying that it is a deep investment of time but certainly beneficial. Also from what I am taking from your words is that it is not impossible to get around a spirit guard but it takes a superior amount of knowledge to do so. Which again, sounds very positive to me at least, as nothing is foolproof.” The comment about allergic reactions was met with confusion and then a realisation at what Aurora was saying. “It would but... oh right sorry I am with you now. Yes, of course a mage with life would be able to get around that in the event of it, I was thinking too deeply into the matter and got a little lost on my train of thought.” The hard wall he self inserted into his mind on how to deal with treatments and injuries was making it difficult to think with both in mind as a mage.

Perhaps it was inappropriate or maybe even a little dark but a light chuckle was made at Chambers comment about the cells being past the Mysterium wing and not in the labyrinth. “If you ask me Chambers, it sounds like a hell of a way to punish prisoners we capture. Go down into the lab and if you come back and detail us with what you find accurately we will bestow your freedom or at least some benefit. Not something to seriously consider but hey it would kill two birds with one stone.” Not sure how people would take that one.
The Arrow was pleased that Chambers seemed to find use for his suggestion about spirits and ghosts. “Well I don't know anything about Ghosts, but a spirit option could be looked into with the right collection of people on hand. Sleepwalkers? Where would we even begin to look for someone like that?” He certainly had no idea of how to locate one.

A nod to thirteen's comment on CD's. “Well, not all of them are hits but they all can have a moment to hit just right, in the moment. I mean look at some of the great albums out there, most still know some of the lesser hits on the CD even if they are overshadowed but the iconic tracks.” A neutral look is given to Thirteen for a moment as the Shaman thinks over her words. “I suppose you are right, unless they are quite burly then yea a security bar could be installed on the door as well. I assume you mean like a fire escape kind of deal?”

Salem's mirrored response to the offer of help was appreciated and responded to with a nod. “ Of course, I will make sure to do so.” And with that in mind. “I am curious Salem, what are your thoughts on the matters of security, I know very little about what you do and knowledge you know. So I am interested in what suggestions you would have about containing a prisoner.” Watching as Salem went and reapplied his name to the list on the corkboard, it was not an acknowledgment but it suggested enough to the Arrow.
