Arriving back at the Sanctum, West and Circe showed Ankh around, and continued to get to know each other while waiting for Kai and Azrael.

"It looks like the guardians just tried to give a shakedown. You would figure people would be a little more trusting of mages called from the OUTSIDE of Sacramento. I really hope Armadia comes to her senses. They probably have some information, and I'd be willing to hear a simple 'sorry, in a bad mood' apology."

The gathered Mages spoke amongst one another, planning, conjecturing, and preparing for whatever news might be coming their way.
The possibility that the Guardians might have seized control of the city is uncertain at best, but can't yet be verified.
No word has come yet from the North-Pacific Caucus. But reporting to Arrow superiors may be the next step.
Note:
(The North-Pacific Caucus is the overreaching Arrow society that is responsible for bringing you into Sacramento. It's known for being uncharacteristically pragmatic and politically minded for an Arrow society, and some have even dared wonder whether they have lost their edge as true warriors. Having seen the behavior of Armadia and the Kruegans, maybe this isn't too far from the truth.)
I'll leave it to you to decide what would be the most reasonable secure line of communication. But you should assume that you have access to one mundane phone line, and a sympathetic communication channel hidden in the sanctum.
The caucus will also need a more appropriate name. I'm still thinking, and would appreciate suggestions.

- Meeting w/ Kruegans (no details of Duel Arcane)
- Making contact with Stone (no mention of his detention)
- Possibly taking on a new Apostate (no specifics)
- Confirmation of other Supernal activity in the city (no details)

"Ankhs's actually going to be staying with us. She's interested in what we do, as Arrows, and has decided she wants a closer look."

Its nice to meet you as well. Glad to have you aboard. As for the family, I'm surprised you have kept them around as long as you have. Most of the mages I've met have had to walk a lonely, though rewarding path. I hope that we can give you the best the Arrows have to offer.

Ankh gave a shy smile and glanced at West and Circe. "Well, I wasn't sure I was going to stay until I spoke with West and Circe. Also, they are more of staff but they did help raise me so, I treat them like family."
She shrugs, not sure what else to say, Kai was kind of.........intimidating.
"But I am sure you will give the best the Arrows can offer if what West has told me is true so far."

Ankh quirked an eyebrow and looked at West. "Actually, Chinese food is very good for you. Provided it is real Chinese food and not Americanized Chinese food. That stuff is horrible for you and I would definitly not reccomend it. But the real stuff.....you really should try it West. You may be surprised how much it does for you."

Stone was taking cell numbers from everyone for contact info.
My retainer is getting some supplies for me. There are a few rituals I'd like to set up. Especially after this mornings events.
He smilled to Ankh.
I'd like to get Jessica introduced, and familiar with everyone else here too. I understand the more like family comment. She's been with me for several years.
He glanced over to Kai.
"I'd be interested in another stop at Avalon. I need to start working on tracking down the other powers that are in the city. Avalon looks to certainly be a hotspot for some. Its a place to start."

A small pinging noise flitters up from downstairs. The full-length mirror stored in the basement must have received a message.
It will read the following in ghostly script, hazily floating in the reflection when it's checked (First priority will be assigning new leadership among the Arrows in Sacramento. A representative will be arriving in the Morning to negotiate the reorganization. Until then, expect to follow instructions of local leadership. A peaceful transition is necessary.)

West will respond to the pinging and read the message. He will politely, but firmly, request anyone OTHER than Kai or Stone remain outside of the room.
Returning to the others West says, "OK, in the morning we're going to have guests that will give us a better idea of what we're doing here. I would highly suggest all personal business be finished this afternoon and tonight." He looks at Ankh, "Are you sure about this? We can probably help you get necessities moved over today..."

I'm going to go ahead and get ready and grab a cab to Avalon. You guys can feel free to show up anytime if you decide to go."
Kai turns to Ankh
"I really would like your suggestions on a good authentic Chinese place here in town. I've been looking for a good one to go to tomorrow."
With that, Kai goes into the room, changes into a suit, calls a cab, and heads out the door.

Ankh nods once. "Fine, resolved. Let's go get my stuff. I will have to explain to Martha that I am moving and they will be returning to San Fran, but," she shrugs, "she knew it was coming anyway. Oh yeah, one other problem. If we're planning on meeting Kai at the club, then I will either need a fake ID, or I'll be staying home."
She smiles apologeticly. "Mages still have to follow mundane laws and I am not 18 yet. So, guess what that means? No clubbing for me for at least a few months."

Having some spare time before heading to Avalon in the evening. West had Ankh in hand along with two other mages assisting. Stone desides to scoop out the city some more. Jessica wouldnt have the supplies most likely until evening. He would work on rituals after the next meeting with the Arrows. Any extra information he could provide would add to the He'd made contact with two Changlings. Werewolfs would be a bit more tricky.
He focused on the radio and tracking down a spot to scout out for a few wolves.
