 new character looking to estaiblish a shared sanctum

I would like for my character to start with a hallow and the mage ST has recomened i post here to collaborate with another player to establish a shared hallow and pool sanctum points. Is anyone interested.

I could always use a roommate too ya know....I'll make sure the bedroom walls are soundproofed
