Arnold, Eric, and Alex arrive at the Bookstore. Together they go inside and Arnold leads them to the office Erika keeps there. He taps on the door.
Eric feigns interest in his surroundings. Frankly, he can't wait to get out of here and back on the street. There might still be time to hit the Rack before sunrise, and though it will still be a few days before he must feed, he is accustomed to indulging himself nightly.
When they reach he door, Eric assumes a casual but respectful stance, placing his hands in his pockets and waiting patiently to be called for.
Alexander breaths in the stale air of the bookstore while he examines the surrounding titles. His mind wanders to the streets, the night and the mindless multitude of wandering sheep that are fresh for the harvest here in Sacramento.
"With a city as popular as this with the Kindred, there's got to be at least one who can give me some answers." He thinks as he waits for the door to open.
Erika is sitting at her desk, looking through several books, as she hears the knock at the door. She sighs, and drops the book she's holding down, "Come in, it's not locked."
Arnold opens the door, gesturing Eric and Alex inside. He steps in and bends a bit at the waist. "I've delivered them as promised, Madame Seneschal. Will you be needing me any more?"
"Please stay for the moment, Reeve Culler." Erika motions to the various seating across from her desk. "Have a seat, gentlemen."
Arnold nods and closes the door behind them. He stands in front of the door and crosses his arms, watching Eric and Alex.
His face straight, Eric takes one of the seats Erika indicated. He sits with a formal posture, unlike how he'd usually seat himself while conducting business, but he doesn't want to risk upsetting her and slowing this down. He wants this over with.
Alexander slides into the other seat next to Eric, he sits in a relaxed fashion as he stares intently into Erika's eyes. His chest slowly rises and falls as he inhales the scent of the office, his ears fine tuned to pick up any noise either inside the office or out.
He remains silent waiting for either the Reeve or Erika to speak.
Erika still has a scarf covering her eyes, and she almost seems to be able to see both of the kindred before her. "Good evening, Gentlemen."
She lets her eyes settle on Eric for a moment, before moving across to Alexander, "If I could have your information?"
