Your not try to make a deal, seduce or sway them to your way of thinking you and trying to make them believe something that isn't true.
Even if this was a persuasion roll you didn't take the penalty from the uncanny nimbus effect.
As Eidolon scratches the afflicted regions vivid colours of pus bright greens, blues and purples run from the branding colours the human certainly does not produce itself and the guard recoils another half step his face contorting with disgust but says nothing, Eidolons frail attempts at subterfuge not exposing exactly what is going on but making it clearer and clearer that not all is as it would first appear.

"Its not far off now." is all the response Eidolon gets. As tires unconvincingly to mime pain and discomfort that simply is not there.
The ambulance will arrive at the end of the scene to take you to hospital, you have until then to try anything you'd like to try.

New IdentityPushing himself up from the ground, Eidolon winced slightly, making sure the movement looked a little unsteady, though his focus was entirely on putting distance between himself and the approaching medical help. "Right," he mumbled, more to himself than anyone, taking a deep, steadying breath that did nothing to calm the storm under his skin. "I... I need to walk this off. Get some air."
Without waiting for a response from the guard, he turned and started walking away from the cottage and the guard, back towards the main building. He tried to make his steps purposeful, like a guest simply taking a brisk, albeit uncomfortable, walk, despite the strange, glossy sheen to his skin and the obvious, unsettling marks that now marred his face and hands. Every instinct screamed to run, but drawing more attention was the last thing he needed. He just needed to go.

New IdentityEidolon kept walking, stealing a glance back; neither the guard nor the manager seemed to be following him directly, but he knew that wouldn't last.
Then the sound hit him – the distant, but rapidly growing, wail of sirens. The ambulance. It was here, or very close by. Panic flared hot in his gut. He had to get off this property, and relying on the hotel staff or explaining this to paramedics was clearly impossible.
Quickening his pace slightly, trying to make it look like he was just in a hurry to get back inside, Eidolon pulled out his phone. His fingers fumbled slightly on the screen as he navigated to the ride-sharing app. He needed to get clear, ideally somewhere safe where he could meet up with Thirteen or another member of the Circle and figure out how to deal with this mess the Abyss had dumped on him. The clubhouse was the goal, but maybe not a direct pick-up from the Flower Farm Inn parking lot right now. Find a nearby public location... a coffee shop? A library? Yes, a public library a few miles away seemed innocuous enough.
He input the destination, confirmed the request, and slipped the phone back into his pocket, already feeling the phantom buzz of it confirming a driver was on the way. It bought him some time, but not much.
As he walked, heading towards his room, to grab his stuff, before heading towards the main building where he hoped the Uber could eventually pick him up without being too conspicuous amidst the wedding setup,

The trip through the front of the hotel the staff setting up and an early arrival of people in wedding day clothing making sure everything is set up and ready going without hitch's means the Warlock gets looks and even the odd camera phone flashed in his direction the downside of modern convivence and technology means that sleepers can and do have access to instant communication, artificial memory storage and the ability to take picture perfect moments on a whim makes keeping secrecy every more of a challenge for all the wonder of the innovation.
But he does get away to the public library walking there to get picked up by his driver.
Eidolon can post into Safety circle off to the side now he has got away.
