As the Mastigos did not meet to decide Councillor and Provost they will need to do so in the circle, huddle up over here and come to your decisions

[Eidolon]

Eidolon hastened to a location where he could swiftly convene the other warlocks, aiming to capture their attention before they became deeply engrossed in the Consilium. Knowing there was an urgent issue at hand, he was prepared to volunteer for the role should the others show disinterest.

Bump Salem and St. George

[Salem]

"Hello there, Eidolon," he says to his fellow Warlock upon approach. "Sorry that I'm late. Had some things to take care of." He glances around for a moment, checking his watch and noting that the time is almost up. "Have you seen the other guy recently? Do you have any thoughts on Councilor?" he asks, cutting right to the chase. The younger Warlock is probably up for the task, but the Libertine in him wants everyone to be given their voice. He'd likely step to the side if his fellow Libertine truly wanted the position, even interim.

[Eidolon]

"Honestly, I would say it should go to the senior Warlock, but since he's not here, it has to be between the two of us." Eidolon contemplates for a moment before he speaks, "If you'd rather not take the reins, I can step in, though I must caution you that I have never served as a counselor or a mentor before. However, I'm willing to give it my best effort." Eidolon did not know much about his fellow Libertine, so he was not sure where his fellow Warlocks head was at.

[Salem]

He blinks slightly at Eidolon's comment and gives a slight nod. "What do you consider to be senior? My understanding is that we," he motions between the two Libertines, "were the first Warlocks in town for quite some time. We got here about the same time, though I think I got here a little bit before you." He pauses for a moment. "That being said, I've also never served as a Councilor before either, but think that I would be up for it. Unless you really want the position.." he trails off, looking around. Where was the third of their path exactly? He hadn't seen much of that particular Guardian lately.

[Eidolon]

"I was unaware that you were fairly new as well. Well, I am fine with you being the new Counselor. And I am willing to help you out where I can."

And at that he is certain that the decision is made.

[Salem]

He nods in assent to that statement. "Yeah. Not much longer than you, maybe a month or so I think. We don't know a lot about each other. We should change that.. Maybe got out for drinks sometime, maybe?" he adds with a smile. "I definitely wouldn't turn down help now and then. Is there anything you wish me to discuss in the meeting?"

[Eidolon]

"We will definitely need to hang out outside here." Eidolon thought about it a moment before answering "I do not really have any topics that need to be discussed. Is there anything you want to bring up?"

[Salem]

"I look forward to it," he says, looking back towards his fellow Warlock and then over to the rest of the gathered Wizened just a short distance away. "One thing that I was going to bring up is the possibility of a communal scriptorium, or possibly several. As long as one contributes to at least one of the scriptoriums, they have access to all of them. A sharing of knowledge kept here, safe from mortal eyes but open to those who know."

[Eidolon]

Eidolon thought about it for a bit before chiming in. "A communal scriptorium sounds interesting. We just have to be wary about the abuse of it. Including making sure that any contributions must stay within the scriptorium to make sure that access is available to all those that contribute. You also need to be prepared to address any other concerns."

Eidolon looked towards the rest of the Consilium "If you are ready to go we can probably head back and let them know our decisions."
