One of the less traveled rooms of the Spring Tavern has been set aside for this venture. The room echoes the warm wood and soft dappled light so common to the tree twisting hollow. Comfortable furniture, a couch and a lounge chair, has been dragged into the room, and there is a pile of soft blankets ready for the Lost's use.

All they had to do was get here and get to sleep asap, so they could find Gabby's dream, and hopefully help the firestarter with her strange and clearly un-fae-like, or Contract-given powers.

With Lionell 's Posting Interruption Notice, I'll allow them to spend WP retroactively for the Pledge if they like, with a limited window to enter into this part

Now! Onto the Oneiromancy! We are in a Hollow, so y'all need to get to Dreaming. You will need to spend 1 Glamour, and I need Wits + Composure+ Wyrd + Equipment (things that might help with falling to sleep, that would get +1 to a +3 depending on what you want to use, if you have questions ask in the OOC. The comfy furniture and blankets is only a +1).

I'm looking for 16 successes, a Dream-tasked Dream. You can start with an Extended Roll, (number of rolls = to your skill + attribute) and make sure they're all posted, if you do get all 16 successes please narrate yourself entering your own Dream but not outside of it yet

Seraphina you can't use your Entitlement Privilege, the Plunge to get into the dreams because Gabby isn't here.

For some reason, Sera had always found it easier to fall asleep on the floor then in a bed for these sorts of things. Maybe because in her mind it got her used to doing it without much comfort in the heat of the moment for someone gravely injured. Still, she arranged the soft pile of blankets to her liking before laying down.

This was important to her as an Oneirophysic, as someone who desired to help anyone she could. Taking out some lavender scented lotion, she applied some to her hands, chest and neck, inhaling deeply as she closed her eyes.

She needed to find Gabby’s Dream.

Vincent Black pulls up a couch and lays down closing his eyes. He closed his eyes and slowed his breath as he relaxed.

Sera's more used Plunge, or maybe it's because she's more use to searching the Skien for Rhodes or maybe - well, it could be any number of reasons, three hours pass as Sera meditates, she feeds Glamour into the weave, knowing sleep is close at hand, as is their chance to aid Gabby the waitress.

Vincent on the other hand, tries to settle, but perhaps the weight of what they're going hit in, as his attempts fail.

Ori you can roll another set of extended to try and get that last Suxx. Once done you can describe Sera entering her Dream, but not leaving it yet, I'll do that part.



And Vincent ragnarokxg why did you roll 16 times? An Extended Roll is Attribute + Skill, which I already said in the opening post, and it is something that you should know, it's in the Books and on the Wiki. The max amount of times that you should have rolled for this was 5, not 16. 16 was the target number of success needed to accomplish the task. You were also supposed to spend 1 Glamour, and I also asked you to narrate entering your own Dream space.

Because of the incorrect number of rolls, lacking of spend Glamour and narration, I will ask you to re-roll your Extended Roll, spend the Glamour and then narrate you entering your own Dream (if you reach the target number of successes), but not yet leaving it.

[Seraphina]

There was a bit of a struggle at first. Her mind trained to look for Rhodes and the Doors that he used to place.

But she was an Oneirophysic and she had spent countless hours in others Dreams.
She HAD this.

Sure enough, with a shift in her thinking, she slipped into her own Dreamscape. The familiar sights greeting her as she walked to the oceans edge, sapphires gleaming as she looked out over the water. The white gauzy dress billowed behind her as she scanned for a sign of Gabby.

Vincent drifted off to sleep and began to dream, as he entered his own dream, he found himself in a forest, not so different than the one he would spend time in as a child.

[Saber Sloth]

Sera rockets into her dream landing deftly at the shore and with full awareness of someone who's a old hand at this type of work, while Vincent finally settles softly into his forest.

Both search with eager eyes for a sign or hint of the way to Gabby, knowing it should be easy with their Pledge, it's more than easy however.

Sera landing at her beach opens her eyes to see the horizon a blaze, a water wash of coral, scarlet, and ochre. The ocean steams as the fire boils it.

Vincent's forest screams as prey-predator flee from billowing smoke, and searching, reaching hungry heat. Flames lick, blacking bark and searing through the canopy.

They Pledged to find a Firestarter's dreams, and the Pledge allows the Firestarter's finger's into theirs.

Jasper had started to spend a bit more time in the Spring Hollow, getting a few of his own things settled into it. When it came time to sink into his own dreams and search out their new charge, it had taken him a little bit of time. Sleeping in a new place is far from unknown for the homeless Beast but doing it in comfort like this was a bit odd for him. When he finally slipped into his own Dreamscape, he found himself in a field out on a hill surrounded by fluffy clouds. Some of the clouds are sheep and some of those sheep had faces that more closely resembled human faces than sheep ones, faces he knew in his waking life. He sits beneath a tree, a large Wolfhound watching over his flock.

He looks around in his search for Gabby, lifting his nose to the air and wrinkling it slightly at the smell of smoke on the edges of his field.

Now that was more like it she thinks with a smile.

But that smile was quickly replaced with a frown and a look of concern as she saw the horizon.
This wasn’t good, but that was ok, she had this, she could handle this. Her own Dreamscape had gone through many changes over the years.

She knew what she needed to do, she had to find Gabby, find her Dream. Push through what she was seeing.
