Russell looks toward the nearest habitable area and heads out without a sound. He throws his index finger up and spins it in a circle; the universal sign for 'fall in', 'regroup', or 'on me'. He's just doing it to see if anyone reacts and how.
Paying very close attention to his extra senses now, he begins looking for signs. Signs of Kine, just as though he were hunting. Because that's exactly what any rogue Kindred were doing. The Chances weren't astronomical that they'd run into each other.

As your ST I would love to give you some grand discription of how nice it is where your at. I would love to tell you its a sparkling part of town where the sun never comes out and there are mostly naked blood dolls of your sexual persusion running around waiting to be fed upon. But sadly that is not the case. Basically, your in a shit hole. As the group of kindred walk down the street they either see crappy run down apartment buildings or crappy run down warehouses. No people running around, the only cars that are parked on the street look like they have grown roots. Garbage pick up looks to be a couple weeks behind and the residents who do live here are not your happy go lucky, soccar mom types.
For the people who have made perception rolls, nothing stands out really yet, at least beyond the normal crap-tastic place your all in. A few homeless people down allies and a couple junkies on the street corner.
