[Circe]

An indoor venue, the bar had a few advantages to it for certain individuals and business deals. The biggest? It used to be a speakeasy and had some rather secure back rooms. Like this one that has foxes carved into the door's frame. It is a private back room fitted with a large mahogany table with matching chairs. The light fixtures are replicas to look like the 1920s. Unlike the bunny room, this on doesn't have a stock of liquors, you had to order out for it.

Circe's chair allows her to watch both the door though what is before her distracts her. In front of her however were bacon loaded potato skins. Because they were good here.


Circe was using her business outfit, allbeit with some extra flecks of red, as she was familiar with this bar for work. Well, she'd been on the clock though that wasn't why she'd the blood stains on the suit. That had involved a moron disrespecting an elder, that the Summer Queen corrected. Recalling it makes her giggle. Shame the moron hadn't done a flip.


Well, if regulars assumed she was in a bad mood due to the blood, more useful! She'd texted both Seraphina and Vincent the address and room number.

[Vincent Black]

Vincent arrived at the bar and headed back to the room that Circe mentioned. He was dressed in a midnight blue shirt and was wearing a silverish gray duster coat. His hair was a new silverish-blue color.

Finding the fox door he walked in surprised to see Circe with the red specks he can't help but comment, "Nice outfit, seems like you are already having an exciting night already." He sees the potato skins, "Do you mind if I take one?" Vincent says as he points to the food on the table.

[Seraphina]

The Nix arrived a bit dressier than the meeting called for. But she had been dealing with some business that required her to dress up a bit. Not that she minded, dressing up was something she loved. A silk dress with a leather jacket over it, dressy and fun.

Where Circe set things up was a new place to her. Not one she would go out of her way for, but, she trusted the Summer.

There were a few looks as Sera made her way to the room, but she was used to that. She knew she looked good and was starting to enjoy the stares.

As you should…purred a voice in her head.

A translucent hand waves as she walks in and sits, “Sorry if I’m late, trying to get some business squared away.” She was a busy…busy was good. Busy kept the feelings away.

“Did I miss anything?” seeing that they had to order drinks, she ordered a coffee martini.

"Eh, dental correction fer an asshole, oh ho ho ho! Should'a respected his elders." Circe was quite amused by this, "Help yerself Vincent, I'll order more."


"Sera! Nice jacket," she rises to greet her friend. "Ah, nothing here. Hilarity earlier, oh ho ho ho! Quella fottuta ladra l'aveva in arrivo, il culo stupido."


Circe is, um, a violent person. But she has a friendly smile for the Lost as she moves over to the bar beside the table, which has a tablet for ordering from the menu, "I've pre-paid a tab here. So, feel free ta order from the menu, drink or food. Avoid the shrimp pesto," the smile disappears as she her tone goes serious, "Your intestines will thank you."


Circe herself orders a tequila cocoa caliente and a few rolls to add to the potato skins. Technology, made ordering so easy. "So," she retakes her seat, "What are we meetin' about?"

[Vincent Black]

Vincent pops a wedge in his mouth, he contemplated making an order but want to be clear headed when he told the others his news. Taking off his coat showing off the new glowing silver-blue markings on his arms he begins; "As you may know I came here as a courtless, well in the last couple months I have settled on and joined a court and did not want there to be any surprises during the next coronation. I have joined a lesser court than the current four, and I am not sure how the wyrdstone would react." Vincent took a quick breath, "I have joined the Court of the Solstice, nothing should fundamentally change, I just felt the call to this specific court and wanted to be sure to give you two a heads up."

Vincent hoped the news would sit well and they would continue to accept him.

[Seraphina]

“Thanks!” a smile to her friend. The Nix liked the mix of leather and silk, it gave a fun look.

“Very generous of you, thank you! But I’ll probably stick to the one drink as I have some appointments later.” Busy busy was her life.

Receiving her drink, she takes a sip, curious why they were here.

She listens to Vincent, before clearing her throat, “Those are some interesting terms there, are you reading a fantasy novel?” because this was not a secure location. As to what his news meant? She had no clue. But as Director, she had a duty to make sure they were safe, and throwing around those terms was not a good start.

[Circe]

Circe isn't so oblivious as to not note Sera working extra, "No worries Sera," Circe would worry later. She'd have to call a certain monkey to figure out how to get Seraphina back into Springing. Unless she'd become part Drudge or something.


She waves a hand at Seraphina, "Our giddy friend has a point my dear mellow Vincent. I'm often coolheaded but certain times I'm angry because," she moves to the door, opens it and thanks the server, telling him to take a tip from the tab, for brining her hot drink and rolls. Circe quickly closes it. She turns on Vincent as she nods to the door, "Not locked. Production security is my ass so," Her mantle flares up, "Club speak. Please. We don't want any spoilers ending up on the net. Ruins so much for so many."


Her Mantle calms back down and she returns to her chair with her chocolate laced with tequila, leaving the rolls up for grabs on the table. That should be quite clear to the wolfman, a solid reminder with careful words completed. The really secure rooms were in use.


"Solstice? Sooooolstice?" Circe muses slowly. She'd heard rumors of other court systems, like some type of Elemental Courts in Hawaii. But Solstice? Ringing no bells except maybe something about the first syllable. Sol? Sole? "Ya praise the sun? Good game. Well, let me know if ya need rooftop access for solar charging or tanning. Does it put ya in the running fer chief club officer too?"


She wasn't sure how having multiple court systems in a Freehold would work. Could it be multiple Freehold redundancies or something?

[Vincent Black]

Vincent silently berates himself, 'Sorry I forgot where we were for a moment. I guess it is not safe to geek out here." Vincent thinks to himself "I was hoping they would have understood when I wanted a private place to talk."

Vincent nervously grabbed another potato wedge. Hoping that there would be no further admonishment.

[Seraphina]

“And as Director of our work space, I need to make sure things run smooth.” And that they didn’t have a breach. Because no one likes breaches, they were not fun for anyone.

A shrug to Circe, “I was never one for the ins and outs like Max was. But there are still really only four Seasons each year, so I don’t know how things work exactly.” Did she want to put the time into it? She wasn’t sure, she was still reeling from her own life falling apart.

Nodding to Vincent, “Geeking out is a ton of fun! But probably best saved for work, where we know people will appreciate it and geek out to! Fun times all around.” Plus, she had mentioned the offices at Funderland, but wasn’t taken up on it. “But I think we can still talk about what needs to be talked about, and if not? We can take an Uber to the offices.” Taking a sip from her glass, “Anyways, it sounds like you are very excited about the development.”
