(2105) Eternal Seasons

[Circe]

Circe gets in some Fugly pets. And there was another new guy. A Liam ogre. Anatole gets a nod and smirk in return for his greeting whilst Vivian gets a thumbs up for her choice in attire. Cass was making friends with Vivian so that was good. Circe can't help but giggle as Worm's advances are rebuffed by the puppy. He took it well. Ish. Then nods as he changes, "Good, good. Who don't like ta eat tacos? Wait," he was high? Oh that was great. "If yer that I ain't lending ya my car keys."


"Good ta see ya Anatole!" And everyone was calling for him, "Yer a popular one tonight," she winks at him, "I'll leave ya to them. Talk later."


As for the talk with Sera and Rhodes, "Well disappointing ta hear it's confidential," she turns upon Sera, "And I've no problem with being the jester."


Circe didn't comment upon mingling mortal and Lost life. The Summer had done a good job of integrating them. It was ridiculous how easy it was to pop into the Thorns and pop-out to smuggle some guns past a border checkpoint. Gunfire tended to dissuade MOST Hedge threats. And feds couldn't raid the Hollow for illegal guns either.


Fugly was a little important priority but she'd have to hand off the cuddles to someone else now. John was calling. "Of course John, business before cuteness," Circe says to John before looking down at Fugly, "Sorry cute one, but the time of blue petting is done."


"Okay John, lets go fer a ride ta talk business," she nods and heads towards the nearby carousel.

John gave a nod to Rhodes in response, though his eyes drifted back to the Goblin for a second, seeing as Anatole had the two other Monarchs vying for his attention and he had business to attend to he gave the dwarf a dip of his head though looking over to Liam knowing exactly how he felt there for a second but he had things to do unfortunately so he took a step and followed the Summer Monarch Forward<br>&nbsp;<br>

"Mister Fugly is mine, yes indeedy doo," the Beast nodded to Liam. "Nice to meet ya!" The dog, for his worth, seemed uninterested in nibbling on any ankles. He was enjoying his pettings too much.

Sonnie waved to the arrivals of Anatole and Vivian, "Hi guys!"

She looked back to Colonel Worm and smirked, "His name is ironic, obviously." Was it, though? Sure, whatever, let's go with that. "I'm Sonnie Wu, Claviger of the Spring Court and Freehold Pizza Cooking Champion."

All this talk about tacos and egg salad was making her hungry (like it took much to trigger that feeling). She finished in a pocket and came up with an Oreo. This was quickly eaten.

"Tis is a lovely evening, tisn't it?" What was with all the tises? Who knows why Sonnie says what she says? Monkey brain?

If she was being hit on, the Beast seemed oblivious to it.

[Anatole]

Anatole grunted as the Whisperwisp James Turner responds.

"Eh. Thats probably for the best then. Means we're safe, for the most part."

He turned and followed the Onyx Sovereign's gaze.

"You go and do your thing. Some other time."

He waved John on with a quick smile and pivoted on one foot as Rhodes drew near.

"By all means. Shall we?"

He gestured to a quiet spot under a well manicured tree at the fringes of the main gathering.

Colonel Worm snaps out of it. He'd been standing there, staring off into space. Thinking about...something.

Must have been that joint at the Taco Stand.

He turns to join Liam and Sonnie with a sheepish grin.

[Vivian Wing]

Vivian was distracted by the beautiful Cassandra! SQUIRREL! Vivian stopped looking at the newb like she wondered if his insides were chewy or crunchy bits as all other thoughts got pushed away. Ohhh...she's a Winter like Gerrit! You need to impress her. Of course the problem was Vivian had no idea how to do that....

"Yes! I remember you perfectly! You play an instrument in a Orchestra! You are a Winter courtier too. I can always pick you out of a crowd by your beautiful colors!" She nodded quickly, obviously proud of her minute observations. If trying hard was an Olympic sport, Vivian deserved the gold medal.

[Seraphina]

Sera moves to the conversation going on around Fugly.

[Rhodes]

Sera's fingers are gently squeezed before he heads away, "You always are, Circe," he says with an easy parting shot as he heads over to Anatole.

"Excellent.... if you'd just like to step this way," he adds to the dwarf, moving a little distance from the growing throng.

Rhodes moves here.

[Cassandra Reeding]

Cassandra has seen Vivian converse with other people, so she had not been expecting the fact sheet response that the elemental had given. It was kind of adorable in fact. But also very strange. "All of those things are correct, yes. You win five points." She teases a little bit.

"And you are Vivian, a summer courtier who dances, correct? I think we also have a couple of mutual friends. Here, why don’t we scooch over there and have a chat? I’ve been looking forward to getting to know you a little better.”

She gestures her hand over near one of buildings with a nice awning, even though there was no sun to shield against. It was just a good leaning spot with a bench.

Vivian left the park, without looking at anyone. The look on her face and the quickness with what she moved, left no interpretation that she was to try to be stopped.
