She quits her surveillance of Maeve, JC and the Mekhet Priscus. Her ears will hopefully alert her if they need help. It sounded like Priscus Durant was taking charge of the plan. Jennifer focusses on the woman and follows the orders of the one in charge of the investigation. The woman is surprised as Dirt Nap speaks. The woman takes two quick steps backwards. Deep caramel-colored eyes sweep the area behind him. A finger holding the pick-up pole quickly presses her music player and the classic rock and roll music is cut off. The woman’s attention swings back to Dirt Nap.
“What you doing out here so late?” The woman inquires. Her voice wavers slightly. Her head turns slightly, scanning behind her. Checking the route back to the homeless encampment. The woman’s head swings back to front, towards Dirt Nap and the Kindred. Suddenly her eyes narrow and she stares in JC’s direction.
The Mekhet focusing on the creature heard its quiet respiration. Its soft footfalls as it pads away, heading towards the homeless encampment. Studying its’ aura doesn’t reveal much – no true colors at all. A tiny bit of violet sparks, but fades even as Quinn studies the creature. She knew Vampires would show more emotion. Kine would definitely show more emotion to her supernatural senses. If she was scanning for the specific look of controlled, dominated or the pale colors of a Vampire, she sees nothing like that. The pudgy racoon continues to move away, ignoring the quiet and hidden Kindred.

"Well now. Seems like a nice night for a little look see, don't you think, Ma'am?" Dirt Nap says amiably, waving his hand around as if to indicate the scenery, but really to draw her eye to him and off any of the others that aren't as well hid as they might think.
"How 'bout you, Ma'am, if you don't mind my asking? You seem to be looking down at the ground instead of up at the stars; are you looking for something in particular? Something lost?" Dirt Nap asks helpfully.
As he talks, he moves slowly and directly towards the woman, not overtly threatening, but all to grab her full attention on himself.

"I'm collecting cans for the money." She gestures vaguely at the ground with her grabber stick.
"And picking up trash." Her eyes dart past Dirt Nap. She seems to have lost JC's location and apparently is looking in general. After a beat, her eyes swung back to Dirt Nap.
"Unless you're working for him, too? I'm Ashea. What's your name?" She questioned. Curiousity seems to prickle her. She takes a step closer to Dirt Nap, studying his eyes. She still appears wary, yet emboldened by the though that Dirt Nap could be working for someone.
(to Jennifer or others who scan the woman with Auspex for a sign of vampirism) The scan of the woman reveals no sign of a Beast. No signal of her age or any hunger. As far as Jennifer determined, the woman was human.

JC tired o hide. Not exactly well, but if she was nortal, it wouldn’t matter. This was the camp. Anyone here wasn’t looking to be found. Hopefully she was willing to honor that.
If she wasn’t… he really wished the others weren’t here. This was the opportunity this spot presented.

Each part spoke quickly. Flooding Quinn with feeling of fear and vague predictions. In the end though, not enough.
JC snuck his way into his Haven. Safely out of sight. And ready to sink into the ground if needed.
