@Kelreth Hector is trying to understand the howl - as in, is it a generic Uratha howl or one specific to the Tribes of the Moon (or the Pure, assuming he has some knowledge of Pure Howls through his specialisation). More importantly, what type of howl is it? Threat? Challenge? Call for assistance, etc?
