[Twist]

Despite her late entry, Court seemed quiet. A few small gatherings, but plenty of solo individuals drifting, like her, at the edges. Whether or not their reasons for such were similar was unknown, but truly, she also didn't care much.

Instead, she moved easily through the room, threading around Kindred, letting her steps carry her closer toward Ale. Not quite approaching she paused to offer a deep bow of her head, [color="#663366"]Prince Antinori"[/colored] she murmured before settling into a spot near, and yet not implicitly with the city's Prince.

[Alessandra]

Eyes continue to watch the ebb and flow of Court. Seeing who was speaking with who, and who was keeping to themselves. More importantly, who wasn’t present. It was telling.

Mr. Kowalsic was with Jacque, and she was curious as to how that would go. Though Jacque was capable of handling himself and not making an idiot of himself.

It was hard to not watch Twist approach, the delicate Daeva’s beauty commanding attention, bowing her head in respect, “Your Grace,” beings the Savage, “that is a marvelous dress, you look stunning.” Twist always had undeniable taste in clothing. “How have you been?”

Mable went to Jack after he waved her over.

[Quinn Durant]

Quinn was still busy with Simone's introduction.

DOn't know why it did not pull the marble, but this should do it!

[Alice Hart]

A nod, strings pulled and jerking, "As is my evening." She returns, though the jilting conversation is quickly dropped as her Cousin moves onto the others who've drawn his attentions.

Twist arrives and Alice offers the women a curtsy, though never as low as what she offers the Prince.

The night carries forward, the Danse ever marching onward, as Alice is seemingly left in the stillness.

[Dirt Nap]

Dirt Nap glances around with his eyes only, he does not turn his head, does not indicate dismissal or lack of attention to Slave Durant or Alexander. Still, he sees Jack bantering with Mister Kowalsic. Jack seems appropriately guarded. Dirt Nap restrains an impulse to nod.


He notices Priscus Hazelton as well, seeming to notice things like himself and his ambiguous nearness to Slave Durant while she carries out her duties to her Clan. He allows a slight nod in return. He sees her, acknowledging her interest. Nothing more is clear.


Dirt Nap thoughtfully overhears Priscus Hazelton's interaction with Alexander, who it seems might have been abandoned at some point, or feel that way. He notices Jennifer's tendency, like his own, to interact with the Seneschal as if she were fully sighted.


Dirt Nap looks over and up and up at Alexander when he speaks, answers his question actually, to Dirt Nap. "Well." Dirt Nap says, slowly, but not so drawn out as Alexander made the word. "I'd like to hear it, if you think of a way I might help you settle in." He offers, softly, maintaining eye contact, without any apparent concern for neck strain.


Twist's entrance is impossible to miss. Dirt Nap bows in her direction, showing deep respect without seeking her attention.


Mable is looking at him, curious about something. Dirt Nap spares her a small smile and a nod of encouragement.


Dirt Nap is careful to politely avoid completely ignoring Mister Kowalsic as he seems entirely focused on Jack and only Jack, but Dirt Nap suspects him of being the type that is always watching for anything that could be interpreted as a slight. So Dirt Nap gives him the respect of a glance now and then, as if he wants to keep track of where Mister Kowalsic is and what he's up to.


Twist makes her way to The Prince, and the both of them seem to keep an eye on things while the Seneschal does the same. A watchful Court. It seems strange to Dirt Nap that tonight, it seems to him that he's in the middle of things instead of on the edge watching too. He's careful to stay mindful to show deep respect in the general direction of the watchers, The Prince most of all, of course.

[Jennifer Hazelton]

Jennifer dips into a respectful curtsy as the Archon Twist enters, holding it for several beats of a mortal's heart. The Archon had become an Institution of Sacramento, in Jennifer's eyes, and respect earned had to be shown. She straightened and watched the Archon move to the Lady Prince, giving her a nod of acknowledgement. She had alreadycurtseyedto the Apex Predator, but she had found the Prince to be an entertaining conversationalist, and the nod reflected that.

Her head moved towards Alexander, inclining in agreement as he mentioned discussing it in private.
"Always preferable." Jennifer agreed with her fellow Haunt. "You can find me at the Necropolis. Whenever."

She had become accustomed to the shared Haven, for its many charms appealed to the Nosferatu. The Nosferatu took in the elder Nosferatu Mr. Kowalsic in a glance, watching his conversation with Mr. Jack for a moment. Mable seemed interested in it as well. Curious.

The brunette looked towards Dirt Nap, mentioning "Perhaps one of our walks?" A roundabout reference to the patrol.
The deep brown eyes settled on Alexander again.
"Shall we converse over here..." She suggested, leading towards the chess table.

[Seryna]

Mr. Kowalsic continues to speak to Mr. Jack and perhaps Mable in a side area of the Elysium.
Miss Kowalsic sits alone at one of the tables, watching attentively. Regarding who watches who, and in turn, are watched.

Simone speaks with her Priscus, Quinn Durant.

[Twist]

Ale's address was invitation and Twist let her body turn slightly to the city's highest ranked Kindred.

A smile and a dip of the head, "Thank you. The compliment is easily returned." Twist enjoyed a lingering look over of Alessandra, seemingly not worried about the casual familiarity of the gesture. She was Daeva and in her mind it would have been rude to not enjoy what was shown.

"I have been well, thank you. Yourself?"

[Alessandra]

A nod of her head at the compliment, “Thank you. I’ve been exploring different fashion choices, so it’s a high compliment coming from you.” One of the most fashionable Kindred of the Domain.

“I’ve been quite well, thank you for asking. Quite a few things, that have been in the works, are coming to fruition, which has been wonderful to see.” A proud smile on her lips. “Do you enjoy live music?” she asks. Figuring the Daeva probably did, she owned a theater after all. But, live music could be different than watching others play music.
