Haunted Corn Maze Take 2!

The Treasured nods as well, “I cannot argue with that. With how good you are at your job, good with Fugly and just all around awesome, you really should be.” Not arguments here. “So you too shall be showered!” this nod was more firm.

After Sera jumped, and her heart sort of returned to normal, she was giggling, “My money would have been on you winning that one!” needle or not, Sonnie would have kicked her butt! “And you tell her Fugly!” encouraging the dog.

Pointing, “Looks like you picked the right path! The exit is over there.” A bit of relief in her voice. Sure, the maze was fun, but it made her all tense.

Then the chain saw could be heard again, coming up behind them. “Quick! To the food!” moving towards the exit.

"Right, good at my job. I totally haven't lost any packages this month, and I... oh, you mean the other job?" Sonnie laughed and waved off the continued compliments. "Anyway, yes! Fugly protected us yet again! We're always safe with him around!"

The exit! The smell of food! How they called to her! "Let's go!" She marched towards the opening in the corn wall, her dog bouncing along beside her. "This has been fun! It really is an annual tradition! We should get some souvenirs!" She glanced about once they were outside the maze.

[Seraphina]

Smiling fondly, “Actually, both jobs. All your jobs! You’re a busy lady.” And one who the Nix admired.

Proudly marching along side her, “I think we,” mainly her, “did better this year! Plus they had those awesome bounce houses! Hope they have them again next year!” looking around, “Anything catch your eye?” her own moving from booth to booth, “Oh! Those look yummy, and cute!” pointing to some what she thinks are pudding cups. “And those are adorable!” pointing out some decorations that could be hung. “You and Sir Fugly need to decide what you wish to be showered with.”

"Says the busiest lady I know!" Sera always seemed to be working on something, Sonnie had long since noticed. Some people just liked to have something to do.

"Oh! Cute!" She smiled as she examined the little Halloween decorations. "Well, Fugly wants to be showered in bacon. I, mean while, will accept chocolate"

In the end, Sonnie bought one of the decorations - the pumpkin one. She also got one of the ghostly treats! Grinning, she looked to the Nix. "Thanks for today! This was a lot of fun!"

Laughing she waves away the words. “I just need things to do.” A light shrug.

“In bacon huh? Well, I can make sure that happens.” She was pretty sure they didn’t have any of that here. “But I will buy out the store Sir Fugly! All the bacon shall be yours!” she declared. “Same with the chocolate for you!”

Sera will offer to buy the things Sonnie picks out, but won’t argue with her if she refuses. But does buy as much chocolate as she can before they head out. “It was! I look forward to next year!”
