"Yes ya are," Circe answers Seraphina. And then hums in thought over playing action hero or smart. "Was it just the mutts guarding it or anything else?"

She checks her own minor wound before sighing in annoyance at Seraphina's antics. "Sera, I am reigning monarch so I am pulling rank on ya," she looks at Sonja, "Ignore her and call Titania. I'll make sure ya get ta the tavern BEFORE I decide to play action hero."

As they start walking Circe asks a question she should have asked quite a while ago. "What the fanculo does this totem ta be destroyed do anyway?"

Circe isn't aware of the why just answered the call for violent help

She tried to take some of her weight off Sonnie, but didn’t have the strength. It hurt too much, she just wanted to be seated or laying down.

Though she had to chuckle, a bit strained, “A punctured water balloon? That creates quite the picture, but lets not tell Rhodes about it.” He’d worry too much. And she was fine.

Shaking her head, “I only remember the hounds near it, nothing else.” Sleep would be so amazing right now.

“I don’t have the energy to argue anymore.” So, whatever.

“The idea was that burning it would be attacking the Huntsman on two fronts, the Dreams, and here. There is graffiti, which Sonnie could explain better, on the mundane side, exactly where the Stag is.”

The million dollar question! But I think it's up to Circe

"Huntsman thinks he can set up shop in our backyard. We were gonna burn down is lawn ornament to show him who's boss around here." Nod nod nod.

It wasn't like Sera was heavy, and Sonnie was strong enough to support her friend. This is the same Beast who hauled ass with Titania on her back. The Nix was no burden.

"Some of the cultists might be lurking around from Ironside. Can't say for sure. The Briarwolves were the biggest threat and now they're wiped out! That's one for the Dubya Column!" The Tavern (and Sonnie's own Hollow) was much safer without those predators in the local Hedge.

That's up to Circe.

"And Sonny, yer sure ya can carry her back and protect her at the same time?" Circe quickly reloads the spare clip. "Yes? Well Hell, why not then. Gimme the riot bombs."

"We'll deal with the cult later," Circe suggests and gives a thumbs up.

The Summer parts from the Springs.

Carried in the sworn guard's arms, Sera and Sonnie make the trek back to the Tavern quickly and with relative ease. That they smell of gasoline, smoke and Briar Wolf blood might have something to do with it.

The Nix nods as well, fully agreeing.

“I think we can handle the cultists easily enough when the time comes.” If they were simply human, then swaying them should be easy. Though she had learned today that if something should be easy, it didn’t mean it would be.

Reaching into her bag, the process a bit slower because she hurt. A lot. The bottles were then handed over to the Summer Queen.

“But please be careful Circe. Don’t take any risks, we want you alive and back to leading Summer.” Care and concern in her voice. “Plus, I’ve grown attached to you.” She truly did enjoy the elf.

[Sonnie Wu]

Sonnie watched in silence as the blue elf took the remaining molotov cocktails and departed for some solo adventuring. She wanted to join her, but she had a duty to look after the badly wounded Nix. She looked to Sera and gave her best reassuring smile, even though she wasn't feeling it herself, "I'm sure she'll be fine. The wolves are dead, and she's got her guns. It's fine."

The journey back to the Tavern was, thankfully, brief and uneventful for there on out. Now what did she need to do? A simple plan was already laid out.

Step one, get Sera onto the sky bed.

Step two, think of a lewd joke about getting Sera into bed. Later.

Step three, call Titania.

"Okay, your Lacerated Royalness, you just take it easy and try not to bleed on everything, while I summon the Court Nurse." This was said as she opened the Tavern door with her tail and helped the Fairest inside.

She simply nods. Knowing there would have been no talking the Summer out of it.

Laughing, though a weak one, “Think we can get that monogrammed on something?” she had to try for some humor.

Since the Beast was determined to call Titania, despite being told it wasn’t needed, Sera just finds a place to sit and tries to take off her jacket. It wasn’t needed at the moment, and she just wanted it off. It took a few tries, because everything seemed to hurt when she moved. Task done; she will gingerly lay herself down. If she was bleeding on anything, she didn’t notice.

Sonnie shirked off her bag, setting it on a table once Sera was situated. She glanced about the main room, still reeking on gasoline. "Some air fresheners are in order. Maybe a tanker full of dish washing detergent. Like in those commercials where they save the penguins from oil spills!"

With a shrug, she pulled out her phone and started to-- she paused. "Doh, still in the Hedge! Be right back!"

Shaking her head mirthfully, the Monkey headed out the door, to go up to Funderland and place her call.

Sonnie steps out into the "real world" to call Titania.
