"Cops wanting to protect their neighborhoods, justices wanting to live up to the name," Naga gestured with one hand in a rolling motion as she cited the examples. "I know some have become corrupt, or have been worn down by life into apathy and Quiescence. However, there's still those trying to make the system work as it was meant to be."
