(1909) Constructing Consilium's Circle

[Cosmo]

"I understand the need to question." Cosmo began, avoiding the urge to roll his eyes yet again. "That's why I asked a question. I had thought however that the assembled mages would know the difference between asking a question and going all in demanding an answer while inferring the person being asked looks like shit."

His eyes rolled anyway, settling on Mobius.

"Points for being the one person who got it and said something though."

The fact that Phoenyx had confirmed his point that the 'concilium' was an authoritarian police state was shelved for a later time, along with the fact that no one disputed Cosmo's claim that Shodan was an entitled control freak, no one stood with Shodan, and that he just happened to fold once again after being called out.

"So as I had already said, we investigate and prove our use. Maybe leverage one task into a meeting?"

Eyes start on Phoenyx but end on Campanella, his earlier idea more clearly expressed as a question.

[Campanella]

Campanella inclined his head toward Mobius DeepSeas

"Very good. I shall let you know." A small smile flittered across his face.

He looked up when the Enchantress offered her contact information.

"I'll take it," he offered, providing a phone contact of his own.

"Yes, Cosmo. I hope our efforts will bear fruit. It would strengthen our hand with our ally. I am not unaware of how... timely and convenient... their assistance has been." Campanella nodded, turning to face the Apostate.

"So. Some of you will be investigating this... Mystery... soon. And the Circle has been given some extra security. And we have some new faces. Now... Was there anything else?"

[Phoenyx]

She takes the address offered by the Hierarch, giving a respectful nod.

Phoenyx watches Cosmo for a moment. He seemed to think questions were fine when he asked them, but Shodan's were pointless? This man's principles seemed to bend as he wanted them to. She simply settles for saying calmly, "Cosmo, you overlook my point, which was why are your questions worth more than Shodan's? Another item to discuss for our meeting, however. Not here."

She looks at the collective group. "If all those that wish to participate in investigating the Heirarch's lead could ensure I have your contact details before you leave, I will let you know when we will go."


She stands back to allow any other point a to be made known.

The Enchantress didn't have anything else to add. Quite content to let the subject die. Though it seemed there were those who had to get the last word in. Whatever.

A nod was offered to Campanella, "Looking forward to it." would be good to work with the other Awakened, get to know them. See them in action so to speak.

Knowing Phoenyx already had her number, she drinks some water and watches.

[Spark]

"Sure got mine right here, was about to ask the same," Spark took out his phone and started opening up some pages for new contacts. He joined in with the others exchanging numbers and contact info.

"Anything we need to bring with us? Other then ourselves and whatever spells we can lay on before hand?"

Sorry for the short reply Spark really doesn't have much to add at the moment.

"That's it then", the Guardian interjects rowdily. "Unless anybody has anything else to add ", he looks expectantly at Phoenyx and Cosmo, "we can begin planning this mission"
