"Mmm Hello," The voice is male, but not even close to Uther's
Eyes narrow, "Yes, could I speak with Uther please."
"May I ask who's calling?" The voice carries with it an air of regal arrogance.
Arrogance, something she loathed, "Alessandra, I'm from Sacramento."
"Ah, Alessandra, I have heard so much about you... I do regret to inform you that Uther no longer controls Folsom." The voice does not chuckle, or laugh, or snicker, but his voice does carry gloat.
Interesting development, "Now that's a pity, I was looking forward to working with him." there was an itch at the back of her mind about who she was talking with, but it seemed too far fetched. "But I hope what you've heard has all been good. Tell me, is Folsom still in need of assistance?"
"The city is what it is. The Prison, which I believe is your real concern, has been fully pacified," pause "Alessandra"...
"Has it now?" disbelief in her voice. The way it was described to them, there was no 'pacifying it. "If that is true, then I was lied to about how, dire, the situation was. Is there another way to reach Uther?" he was probably ash.
"Oh my dear, you most certainly were not. The situation is still very dire, for fools. Thankfully, you do not seem the fool." His voice does not let the arrogance abate, "As for that dear boy, when you find him. Tell him that the scales are not, at all, balanced."
