    Phoenyx's jaw is set as she looks up at the other Arrows. "Fine," she mutters to Alastor through gritted teeth. Despite the bleeding, it looks like there's a lot more damage to her ego. "Better then you tell me how to beat that thing." The tone is cold and humourless.

    Slowly she rises from her crouch, giving Galatia a curt nod. She doesn't lean into the Thyrsus' offered support, but doesn't pull away from the hand either. "I'm okay." Flying one.... Phoenyx kinda liked that nickname. Her head sure felt like she was flying.

    Gritting her teeth, she focuses on the life permeating her and begins chanting in High Speech.

    Great. Fucking Great. Was it the headache? The hollow feeling mixed with unfocused fire in her chest at being so handily beaten yet again? She couldn't say.

    The young Arrow growled with frustration. Nothing seemed to be going her way. She felt like an incompetent novice.

    Phoenyx is not far off calling it a day anyway, so I'm happy to wind down.

    Kaze nods to Galatea at First Talon's directive for Kaze to provide weapon training. He looks a little concerned towards Phoenyx, and is definitely very relieved when she is able rise on her own.

    He moves over towards her, not offering help or touching her, just standing nearby, reassuringly.

    Good to close you all want to! Fun and educational scene! Thank you to everybody, especially for ST helping with any rule clarifications as we tried new stuff!

    Now was a moment for a bit of care for his fallen Talon, who he had just knocked out. You didn't just choke someone out and not acknowledge it and ensure they were okay. That lost the lesson. That was also a way to break someone's mind. You took care of your people, even as you were teaching them to kill or be killed. It was the only way to scourge weakness without creating more.

    "There are options. The first... raw power." That probably wasn't going to be her immediate strategy. "The second... fight the man, not the chain. Accept that it will choke you, and punish the hell out of me for doing it. I have to maintain the choke if I want to put you under. And that means you can beat the hell of me before I take you down. In either case, you must remember that the Fourth Phalanx teaches us that Body is Sacred. Cardiovascular training and resilience training will be key to keeping yourself conscious enough to kill me first. Hit the gym harder. Ever harder, until it doesn't even make you blink."

    He clapped his hands and flashed them all a smile.

    "Good work today, Talons. Hit the showers."

    Let's wrap. I'm also going to do some Status, since this was basically an Arrow meeting.
