(Fugitive) Script Rewriting

The Circle of Creation stood where it always stood, and yet those still living the Lie were none the wiser to its imposing presence. That meant that while before the team of curious mages were surrounded by Sleepers, unaware of the causes of the explosion, now they were safe and protected within the confines of the almost perfect replica of Westminster Abbey. Now, with the freedom to discuss all the information they had gathered, it was time for them to figure out what came next.

This scene will not be an immediate continuation of Everyone's Watching. Since the last scene took place around 2 am, we'll have this scene start in the morning the day after. That gives approximately 5-7 hours to do whatever they want (sleep, rolls for things, whatever). If you want to do some type of roll, do it in a Glimpse with the (Fugitive) label, tag me, and then link to it in your first post.

Langdon? Langdon had been wrong, a half hour after drinking some passable coffee he had passed out in the Mysterium's section of the Circle. So naturally he regretted this choice when he woke up later once the sun was also starting to rise. Creature comforts aren't a thing yet in there.

Throwing on a change of clothes, though these are definitely casual clothes. Jeans and a simple button down. Langdon heads out to the joint part of the Circle.

There was much to discuss and plan. So she stopped and picked up coffee and pastries. Cause she knows she can’t function without coffee and food in her system.

Walking in, she was in fitted jeans, a black t shirt and a leather jacket, it was still chilly out.

Spotting Langdon, she holds up the boxes with a smile, “I have coffee and pastries!” she calls as she approaches.

“So, last night was interesting.”

The first thing to be heard is a slam of the Circle door. The second is Shodan's voice, loud and triumphant:

"I come bearing gifts! All tremble before the scariness of modern technology!"

His step is quicker, with a certain spring to it. Yet, the clothes the Libertine wears are uncharacteristically bland and crumpled, and he himself looks paler than usual. Which does not stop him from grinning.

"Beware of Libertines bearing gifts", the Guardians says emerging from his Order's quarter donning a dark suit and greeting his peers. A night of full sleep did him good. He has elected to not layer up any defensive spell as long as he's within the premises of the circle.

Kaze enters, whistling some unknown, cheerful melody. He is wearing a solid black tee shirt under a brown leather, padded jacket and black trousers and shoes. He pauses inside the entrance to cast, taking his time and chanting carefully.

He smiles broadly and moves towards the Thyrsus Councilor's pastries. "Thank you, Councilor Aurora." he says quietly as he takes a flaky pastry and takes small bites, eating slowly.

Waving as the others enter, she gets herself a cup of coffee before sitting.

"What gifts have you brought?" she asks, curious.

Laughing at Winters jab, "Well, I figure if it's bad, there's enough of us here to overpower him." she jokes with a wink.

"No problem!" said to Kaze.

"Nice line" He retorts to Winter "Have you been practicing it in front of a mirror all night, or did you manage to do something useful as well?" He grins, but there might be a drop of venom in his voice, too.

Later, he summons the cleared image of the Goatee Man to his phone's screen and lets it move around those gathered, for them to have a look "This is the best I could do. Read: the best anyone can possibly do" said matter-of-factly, since it was a matter of fact, and not opinion "I also engaged in some cash-for-goods exchange, and lo and behold got some serious spy hardware. So if you have a need for a long-range camera or a wiretap, that's on the table too"

He allows some time to pass for everyone to familiarize themselves with Shodan's finding, before continuing "So, we have two leads: the hunters and the witness, Ms. Whats-her-name. Also, the spirit angle, maybe?" He looks to Aurora?

"Pfft", he seethes half jokingly, "there he is, our Hoodie", he says seeing the pic. Then he adds, "Good job. You really surprised me".
"The witness' name is Susan Miller. But before Shaman-boss does her things", he jokes, "let's see what is this guy about. Got your laptop with you, right?", he asks Shodan.
