Ingrid was still waring her suggestive face.

Her eyes flick to Sera and then return to Mhairi.

Taking a more contemplative pose, the Darkling waits to see how the Elemental will reply.

Mhairi knew she was an easy mark for Springs. Despite her preferences, and where she'd go to have them satisfied, Mhairi was very easily flustered, and no matter her growth in confidence she'd always see herself as the shy girl with a stammer who'd always wanted more.

Mhairi was prepared to listen to more to keep the burnt pink shinning on her face, but Sera gives her an out, "Always, mostly just doodles. Nothing I have on me. But I'm always trying to figure out this or that.which us why I have my little notebook, It'll hopefully help, I've got my foot in the door, but I'm just a step above an intern in the industry." anything worth doing and all that.

"But seriously. Enough abou me. How's things with you Ingrid any new cases. Uh-interesting ones?"

"Me? Nah. Just the one. Which is a little... um... complicated. I'd rather not get into it just yet."

Ingrid's face fell into a serious pose, which was then creased by a frown.

"Good for you. Glad you have a foot in the door. Its a start. A seed. Things will grow from it." Ingrid nodded quickly, seeking to turn the conversation away from her and her troubles.

Mhairi frowns, bemused by Ingrid's actions. Or rather her words. If the wisp was some know else she wouldn't allow the Darkling to dart away from this conversation, but that wasn't Mhairi and do, she allows the topic to shift.

Well, almost. "If you need to. Or want to. We're here."

Sre sounds like a plan!

Sera nibbles as she tracks the conversation back and forth.

"Just so you know, I'm still dying to wear a pair of Mhairi original shoes." she says with a twinkle in her eyes.

Then looking to Ingrid with a nod, "Yup, if you need us, we're here."
