[Avis]

Similar to what Truce had done for the last Consilium, Avis prepared the Circle of Creation for a gathering of Magi. However, unlike the well rounded spread that Truce had chosen, it was just pizza, subs, and soda laid out on a table. One that had been arranged, along with seventeen chairs, within a large pentagram that had been taped onto the floor of the Sanctuary. The representation of the anti-spatial bubble she'd built over the last three and a half hours. Her knees still ached a bit from kneeling on the stone floor, but it had to be done. This discussion warranted privacy, and as Hostess it was her responsibility to provide. Hurty knees were a small price to pay if it allowed another measure of security for their future communal grounds.

Hopefully, it would be enough, the Warlock mused as she waited for the other Magi to arrive. With luck, all of them would, but she wasn't naive enough to assume she could depend on a full turn out.

[Truce]

Equipment: Mid-Size Car, Smart Phone (on silent), Magic Tool

Truce arrives by car to the Circle and tentatively knocks on the northern entrance before letting himself inside, if able. The large halls always were a marvel to behold and the Necromancer is always baffled at how the Arrow and Guardians were able to maintain it between the five of them. But such distracting thoughts are set aside as he approaches the Sanctuary set before the main altar.

The Necromancer wears a black wool coat which he begins to unbutton as he nears, revealing his usual button up styled shirt underneath. Over his head is a cloth hat which he takes off and stuffs into the jacket pocket along with thin black gloves that he removes in the same manner, revealing a class ring on his hand. No doubt the warmth of Spring would be coming soon, but not yet for Sacramento's residents. Particularly those accustomed to warmer climates.

"Good evening, Councilor," he says politely to Avis first before regarding the spread of food across the table and the large pentagram and encircling chairs. It reminds him of Arthurian legend with liberties taken for the Round Table's depiction. Perhaps the loosely depicted King and his Wizard would join them tonight.

"I see you have made some preparations. Is it alright to sit?" he asks, hovering outside the radius of the pentagram, uncertain just what she's weaved across the space. He's tempted to raise his Sight to Scrutinize it, if only as a curiosity.

[Emrys]

While Truce looked at the table and thought about Arthurian Myth, Merlin arrived through the double doors to the west. It was the entrance last time, and since a preferred entrance wasn't stated he took the chance to walk the length of the replica cathedral. While some might find it suspicious, the simple fact was that gothic architecture and stained glass windows were infinitely better to look at then an empty warehouse.

"Hey folks." He said as he finally strolled within earshot of the others. He stopped outside the pentacle of magic for a moment before figuring the Master of Space Space proofed the space. "Nice sigil."

He watched his step as he made his way over to the pizza and soda, not sure if the tape was sticky enough to last through scuffing shoes.

[Crowley]

Crowley follows Emrys in a swirl of leather. His customary leather trench coat flaps around his legs and he wrestles with the thick collar, pulling it down once he is inside the cool safety of the old cathedral. Crowley had parked his bike nearby and found himself trailing his fellow enchanter as he reached impressive steps of the western entrance.

The Sight and a Shielding spell chimed and rang in his ears as he made his way across the vaulted expanse of the cathedral to where Avis' had set up the meeting. His eyes quickly picked out the powerful ritual working that framed the spot where the meeting would take place.

His breath caught and his booted feet wound to a stop.

"Thats beautiful..." The Enchanter breathed. "Wha...? Oh. Yeah. Hi, I guess." With effort he tore his eyes from the weave and bounced them across the assembled Awakened.

[Wayland]

Equipment: Smart phone, multitool, 2 screwdrivers, glock pistol, cocky attitude.

The door leading to the Vestibule opens and Wayland walks out with black stains on his clothes and face and two screwdrivers poking out of his back pocket. He casually tries to clean his hands with a dirty cloth to little effect. The whole image screams 'grease monkey'.

Nodding towards the people in the room he heads over to the gathering of the Awakened. "I thought I felt you finish you spell Avis. Figured I'd pop out and see if you needed a hand or something." Turning to the others, "Welcome to the Circle."

[Avis]

The Warlock gave a slight shake of the head to the other Talon, though she did wave him into the pentagram before turning to the others.

"It's just a ward," she explained. "Anything important that you have to say should be said in here. Otherwise it could be listened to. In fact, speaking of listening, if someone could throw up a barrier so sound stayed within the pentagram thatd probably also help. Otherwise...thanks for coming. Let's give it a few minutes in case anyone else wants to show up. Also, uh...thanks, Crowley.

A nod was given to the enchanter. A bit stilted maybe, the surprise of the compliment still plain on her face, but there was also relief written there, too. She recognized the peace offering he extended. Hopefully, it would be one that lasted. She definitely would keep it in mind the next time she felt the urge to rain public belligerence down upon him.

Even though he had come to the Circle numerous times already, Miach could still appreciate the beauty of it. It was a testament to mankind's drive, capability, and aesthetics. A Lie, ultimately. But the meaning, effort, conviction, drive poued into it were definitly not. It moved him every time.

Tonight would not be one of appreciation, but one of construction. It was good enough for the Acanthus as he neare the western entrance. From afar, he'd seen a couple of people enter from that side, so he knew it should be alright. Casually dresed, he finally knocked on the door before letting himself in and joining the group of Magi around a drawn pentagram. "Good evening." he said pleasantly.

Nice. With and without the Sight, the Curator could appreciate the Magic. Both the intent, and the result. Hopefully, more Magi would turn out, though, because what they were gathered for concerned them all...

[Varyx]

Varyx arrived a few minutes later, smirking to herself at how amusingly familiar the Circle was becoming to her, despite not being a member of its order. She was dressed simply and casually - just jeans and a t-shirt - and bearing the ever-present cup of coffee from yet another local place.

She offered a smile to each of the mages already gathered, particularly pleased to find that nearly her entire cabal was present. "Evening gentlemen, lady," she greeted stepping inside the circle. "My apologies for running a little late." Not that she was actually particularly late - more that it was her habit to be early.

Equipment: Car, phone, purse, coffee.

[Truce]

Truce nods and steps into the circle, taking a seat on one of the provided chairs. He also expects more to arrive but he doesn't wish for them to wait much longer to begin. At the very least there are representatives from each Cabal present save for the Golden Thread. For now he smiles politely to the arriving Magi, greeting them with a, "Good Evening."

Seeing Wayland approach from a side room reminds Truce that this space is now also under his care. He's pleased that the Necromancer was able to speak with and avail himself to Avis and the Arrow.
