Conner takes a step into and through the door at his first chance. He movements are calculating, but not too quick as to break his veil. Once inside he begins looking around the space as best as possible. Looking for any signs or signatures of the Gangrel for which they search.

It's almost disgustingly easy for the Reeve to slip in past the mortal as he has the door held open. Even if by some chance Conner isn't silent as a ghost, any accidental noise he makes is forgotten by those gathered just as quickly as the sight of him is. Joe Average steps all the way out onto the building's sidewalk, however, allowing the door to shut behind him.
Inside Camp Bow Wow

The room just inside seems to be a waiting room of some sort, but is open and airy. There are seats around, as well as various pet-related merchandise displays. A few computer kiosks with free Wi-Fi are in one corner, and a reception desk in another. The reception desk is where the light was coming from; a few rows of overhead fluorescent lights remain on, while the rest of the large room is dim. There are two doors leading out, more or less on either side of the reception area. A mop and bucket are leaned next to one, and the section of floor under it is still wet- probably what the guy was working on when Blake knocked.

Average Joe looks expectantly back and forth between the two Lords, waiting to hear about this person they're looking for...

Occultation
Blake smiles, with the Benjamin still between his fingers. Greed is such a dirty vice, so many people suffer it's bite. "Excellent. We are looking for one Miss Madison Carothers. She's been seen in this area and we have reason to believe that she would be interested in this kind of business. Have you seen or heard of her?" He watches the man carefully, knowing that his next reaction is going to answer Blake's earlier, silent question.
Night owl, thrall or Ghoul?
Charles continues to stand silently next to Reese, waiting for the man to answer his questions. Charles watches him for his reaction perhaps this man was Carothers's ghoul. Charles had some questions as well, but he waits for opportunity.
Conner carefully looks around building as best as he can. Looking for any signs of a kindred presence. Conner knew that the weak gangrel could not hide her beast the last time they met. Perhaps she learned that ability in the interim time.

Outside with Charles and Blake
Joe scratches his eyebrow in idle thought, as though trying connect dots, or read between lines.... something. The gesture turns into a pull at the bill of his backwards cap to straighten it unnecessarily. "Let's see.... Madison Carothers. Doesn't sound like any of the clients I'm familiar with. But this is the only shift I work, so I don't know very many of them. We've just hired a few new receptionists and handlers, but that name doesn't ring a bell. Sorry, man."
He seems pretty curious as to why such information would be worth a hundred bucks to anyone. Cops rarely bribe that good. Rich, crazy ex-boyfriend, maybe?
Inside with Conner
Both doors leading out of the large foyer/reception room are closed, and thus Conner would drop his Cloak to explore further. He isn't very far in when his gaze reveals something of interest. One of the computer kiosks is open to the business's web page. Specifically, a page that displays live feeds of Camp Bow's interior via some webcams posted in various rooms around the place. Meaning that at any given time, any number of random people anywhere in the world with an internet connection (or an iPhone) can look in on the dogs and handlers.
For now, though, it is displaying an obnoxious picture of a cartoon dog with its head on its arms, and the text "Sorry, no video, it's nap time!" Apparently, there is only a select number of hours during the night when the feed isn't going out.
The actual receptionist area is normally covered by one of the easily-spotted cameras, but its light isn't on. The desk looks as though someone was working at it recently. The chair is pulled away from the desk, and turned at a diagonal angle, and the computer is open to some schedule spreadsheets.
Conner just raised an eyebrow at all of the cameras. This is not a place a kindred could be safely. Being in this place, surrounded by all these cameras would be exhausting.
Conner continues looking around regretting not taking a computer class. Conner extends his sense of hearing, trying to listen for anyone else in the building, besides the animals.
Charles looks the man over trying to see if the man is lying.

Blake watches and listens to the man, gauging his manner for hints of deception. "She might not be working, she likes animals and she's busy during the day. Has there been anyone other than us looking around or asking questions?"

Outside with Blake and Charles
Joe doesn't appear to be lying. He doesn't really even think there's a reason to. He just shrugs in a vague sort of way. "That could be a lot of people, actually. But Mary, the girl who's working tonight, Mary Carson, told me she might have friends coming in from out of town, soon."
He seems a bit confused, but in the skeptical sense. Obviously, he realizes that ether the men standing before him, or the woman he works with, is feeding him a crock of shit. Because the coincidence lines up a little too closely.
Inside with Conner
There isn't much to hear beyond the random scratching of a nearby dog. It has to be coming from a close room; else such a faint noise wouldn't even be picked up by Auspex through so many layers of walls and doors. But a moment later, there is a banging noise. A door flung open fast and hard. And it's from a good distance toward the back of the building.
None of the men outside even have a chance to hear it. They will, however, hear the reactionary barking from some of the awakened dogs.
