There isn't a whole lot to see outside at this time of night, except for some empty fenced in play areas at the sides of a large, tan building. The double doors and windows are all glass, and the main office's light is on. It's fairly easy to surmise that the doors are locked, though. Business hours are clearly posted:
Weekdays: 7am - 7pm
Saturday: 7am - 11am & 3pm - 7pm
Sunday: 7am - 11am & 3pm - 7pm
Holidays: 7am - 11am & 3pm - 7pm
Please ignore what appears to be a statuesque chicken ass in the foreground of the photo...
"Shall we gentleman." Conner says and makes his way towards the front door. As he approaches he slows his pace, giving a nod to Blake to take the lead. Charles is a known quantity, Mister Reese, he is not.

Occultation
Blake looks over the building, checking exits and looking for cars in the parking lot. "If we can't get in from the front, would one of you gentlemen be able to get in through the side yard?" He checks the door, assuming it's locked. If it is locked, he knocks, loudly.
He uses Vitae to mimic life, not wanting to set whoever was inside immediately on guard if they were mortal. If it was Miss Carothers herself, he couldn't very well hide his nature from her in any case.

Charles replies looking from Reese to the Reeve seeing if there was any objection.
He then waits to see if Reese can get into the door open.
While Blake knocks Conner keeps his eyes open, looking for any security cameras, or people who may be watching them. Let the Lords do the talking. The Mekhet, he will do what he does best.

Once firmly under his cloak Conner waits to see if anyone comes to the door.

There are three other vehicles in the parking area, all nearly together, and set off in a corner of the lot. The front door that Blake knocks on is the only visible exit on that side of the building, and there appear to be no active security cameras covering the outside. But then, it is a fairly well-lit open area close to the street.
Deserted save for the occasional passing vehicle, it is a moment or two after the Reeve fades from sight before anyone stirs within. A young man in his late twenties, with long sandy-blond hair in a ponytail, comes to the door. He has a quizzical look on his face for the two Lords he can see. Dressed in jeans and a t-shirt, with a baseball cap turned backwards, his eyes have an almost bruised look to them. Bags that probably never go away.
Too wary to just whip the door open, he makes a glance down to the posted business hours. As though he's checking to see if the decal hasn't been torn off.
"Something wrong?" He calls out just loud enough to be heard through the glass.

Occultation
Night owl, thrall or Ghoul? That was the question. Blake smiles, and takes a hundred out from his wallet and holds it where the man can see it. "Not at all. We're looking for someone and we were wondering if you could take a moment and speak with us? We're happy to reimburse you for your time."
Come out, come out, poor mortal. We won't bite.
Charles smiles politely toward the man and remains quiet as Reese does his persuading.

The man on the other side of the door cocks an eyebrow at the Benjamin, but it's more Blake's potently earnest demeanor that wins him over. Shrugging with one shoulder, he rolls the lock on the door and swings it open.
"Yeah, okay, sure. It's not like I'm exactly busy, or anything." It isn't said with any degree of sarcasm. Whatever he's doing at this place, it must be mind-numbingly monotonous.
