Chris rolls his eyes, a little irritated at Ethan. But Amelita kind of took care of him already, so Chris just nods. 'Yeah sure I can do that.'
And I don't really need a name I guess... but since we got information there is no need to ask the gods for help.
'Follow me.' And he walks to his car, while looking around to see if Joseph was still some sort of alive somewhere.
It was a moment later Chris realized the other things Amelita said. She can look into people their minds?! Wow. Unexpected.

Russell's mind is racing from possibility to possibility as he ignores both Amelita's little spat, and his frantic hunger-driven beast. He knew he'd been too far away for the drugged-up juice bag to have heard him... unless... unless...
Ha! No way!
After they're a good distance from the Kine, way out of earshot, at least as far as he can guess given the current theory, he clears his throat. Postulating his next question not as an honest inquiry, but as an introduction to something further.
"The 'Red stuff' you mentioned. Got it from his head, didn't you?"

Sick of being ignored by a guy who apparently jerked off to the Riddick franchise, Amelita pretended she hadn't heard Russell and walked towards Chris's car.
"Shotgun..." she muttered, halfheartedly. On reaching the car door, she turned to the others.
Surface Thoughts
"No, I don't think that red stuff gives bums super hearing. I think it's more likely that you're a fucking incompetent who'd rather believe in sense boosting crack than face up to his own mistakes."

Russell waits patiently until Amelita deigns to face him, and listens to her spout again. A few seconds later, when she's listening instead of talking, he shakes his head once.
"I barely whispered. 'Course you heard me. Why did he?"
He gives it a second to sink.
"Poachers here, somehow getting a steady enough supply of juice to support them. Here, of all places. Some dealer has got the junkies hooked on something cut with red, and it just happened to let him hear me as well as you two did."
"Do you believe in coincidence?"
Russell didn't.

'How about you both shut up and get in the car.' Chris laughs amused, despite what he says his voice sounds friendly.
'Of course both in the back seat...' He opens the door and sits down behind the driving-wheel, 'You may kill each other, but please make sure you burn up all your blood. I don't like red stains.' That said, he looks irritated to the little red drop on his jacket.
'Ready?'

Amelita rolled her eyes.
"Yeah, you were louder than you think, Ethan. I felt the hunger rolling off you from all that distance."
She pulled her phone out and dashed out a note.
"This red dope's probably connected to the poaching, but I'm not about to give you the benefit of the doubt. The guy's aura didn't exactly make him out to be all that sharp. We're looking into the dope already, but unless we find otherwise, you're a fuckup who failed whispering, 'kay?"
Amelita took the front seat. She'd called shotgun, she'd earned it.

He shoots Chris a long-suffering sort of look with a slight shrug as he climbs into the back of the Mini, behind the driver. It had to look downright comical, but if Russ is put out about it all, he isn't showing it.
