"Ingrid! I am glad to see you again. Rhodes, I can give my word she is a good asset. She was the most effective of all of us in the dream."
She's equally pleased to see Circe, even if the circumstances were less than idea. But Rhodes seemed to be doing a well enough job explaining the circumstances to her and likewise, she was giving them quite a bit on this rogue Queen. ...And it was enough to make Penance clench her jaw hard enough to cause pain. To face what they had collectively escaped and to then choose to go back to their clutches, willingly. To serve them after knowing just how depraved and alien they were. Arcadia was supposed to show you the worst side as a warning of just how terrible you could become and to then go running to that? She'd like nothing more than to send this Anne back to her Keeper and let her rot in that otherwordly prison.
Penance visibly startled as she recognized where their searching had brought them. Riley Miller. Such a young girl to fall to this sickness. And those eyes. The dream was indistinct, but she could remember those eyes.
"That is Quills! Riley is Quills from the dream." Her revelation wasn't quite so stunning when Lucifer had already pointed out that facet, but that didn't really lower her own shock and surprise.
As much as she agreed with Rhodes plan, she couldn't help but feel it was a bit soon. She wanted to hunt this woman down as much as the rest of them, but... her last dream had been harrowing and she doubted any of them were fully recovered yet.
"I do not wish to stop our search, but... I we may not be ready yet. I am not at 100% and I do not think Ingrid or Luci is ready either. I apologize if I am assuming too much. But..." rather than say anything overtly, Penance just gestured to the staggering Lucifer. Even discounting how wiped they were from their last time in La La Land, Luci was still reeling from physical scars that she didn't even want to talk about.
