Ventrue Meeting: The Asylum

[Vampire ST]

For The Asylum, it's business as usual, and the further you go in, the deeper you are. At the front, and near the bars, the socializing goes on as people seek suitable partners. Midway through, are small stages, the suspension area, and cages. Towards the back, are private alcoves and even more private rooms.

The largest has been set aside for tonight, and a large conference table and chairs brought in. Olivette, uncomfortale as always by this place, waits near the front to direct Ventrue to the meeting.

[Madison Wells]

Madison arrives, dressed in what she felt to be an appropriate fashion considering the setting they were in. She notices Oliviette immediately and wastes no time in approaching the woman.

"Good evening, Miss Oliviette. I hope you are well. Is there a specific place Mr. Clarke wishes us to be?"

[Writer]

Obsidian arrives, wearing a black 40's style men's suit tailored for her slender figure. She steps up to where Madison and Oliviette are standing. She nods to Madison and speaks to Oliviette.

"I, too, would like some guidance, please."

[Joseph Hartman]

Joseph enters the Asylum and sneers for a moment. ~No wonder the kine are such easy prey they are all distracted by imagines of this in their minds. Why is the Ventrue meeting in a Daeva's wetdream?~ His Beast rises but is quickly pushed back down this was business time. Not time for the Beast to have its fun. Joseph steps up to the group as well.

"The Lords meeting?" He runs a hand down his suit, eyes looking around at all the kine. ~They better not get anything on this~

"Welcome, ladies, sir," Olivette says, standing up. "Please, follow me," she adds and waits for a moment before leading them to the temporary 'meeting' room. "Please, have a seat," she says as she hold the door. "Would any of you care for a drink while you wait for the others?"

[Victoria Stamford]

From the moment Victoria walked into the club she knew this was her kind of place. The atmosphere was electrifying and she had only seen private dungeons surpass the content present. The buzzing in her brain twitched with anticipation and she felt the giddy rush of a kid in a candy store.

Yes, I’ll have fun here, she thought as she surveyed the scene around her with a wicked grin spreading across her face.

Her attire was more fitting for a lingerie spread than clubbing, however, judging from the mass of club goers around her she was actually dressed quite conservatively, and well within the accepted dress code. Attached to her wrist was a leather shackle and leash, which connected to a collar around a large shirtless man in leather pants, a bondage mask, and a ball gag. The man had a blank vacant stare oblivious to the debauchery surrounding him.

Then she spotted the collection of rival beasts and her smile melted into a snarl. Her predator wasp nature whipped into a fury at their presence and it thrashed around inside her struggling to tear them to pieces. Fighting for internal control she restrains and locks the predator away once more in its cage. It smashes against the bars before silently brooding in its cell.

Damn it to hell! I thought there would be time to play before I ran into the local crowd.

She was about to make her way up to the group when a woman led them away. Perhaps she would have a chance to speak with the woman later. She may know something considering the fact that she was speaking with three kindred. Victoria made her way to the area the group had been and stood around waiting while pretending to enjoy the scene and waiting for something to happen.

[Asa]

"I don't think I've seen you here before," a man says, as he approaches from behind with a smile. He must have come in after Victoria. He's wearing a curious and amused expression. The sort that would be altogether irritating if someone less handsome, or less confident, wore it.

Michael entered the Asylum feeling very over dressed. He would have preferred to come in a military uniform he so wouldn't stick out as much but he could ill afford to be going out and buying unnecessary clothes for himself right now. He'd look silly coming to a clan meeting in a boy scout uniform. He thought about going with jeans and a leather jacket but that wouldn't satisfy either Kine or Prince. So instead he was casually wearing a suit. He reminded himself to try to find the enjoyment in the situation.
Michael sensed Beasts near the back entering one of the back rooms. He breathed out, control his inner monster's urge to run. He walked confidently through the club and smiled as even without wearing fetish he turned lustful heads. He'd have to see about feeding after the meeting.

[Victoria Stamford]

Hearing the voice address her from behind she spun around to see who this man was. Her eyes trailed over his body in a casual manner in an attempt to hide a more detailed appraisal. She definitely approved of what she saw, which was clear as she smiled back at the stranger.

“No…I don’t believe we have met. The name’s Victoria Stamford and I just got into town. I thought to play a little before I got down to business. How about you?” She stressed the word play as she replied to the hansome stranger, and finished with a playful grin.

"I'm a bit of a 'business first' sort," Asa smiled apologetically, "even when play looks particularly attractive."

He glanced at his watch and looked toward the back. "I actually have some business to attend to shortly. Have you been Acknowledged?" he asked, leaning in to speak the last softly, close enough and softly enough her sub couldn't hear.
