Dicky and Lezlie roll up to the party.

As they approach the party, they hear some current Latin pop music blaring from one dorm room. Several students hold half-empty bottles of Corona, or half-drunk margaritas. For whatever reason, they don't seem to be worrying too much about an RA coming by.
Only one of the people here, a girl holding a Corona, looks to be even possibly Latina.
As Lezlie and Dicky approach the party, a guy says, in a cheezy Frito Bandito accent "Hey, welcome to our Mexifest party! Beer ees there, mixed dreenks there." He points to two different rooms.
In one, they encounter the the expected horror of a white frat boy wearing a big, bright-colored sombrero while pumping beer out of a keg. In the other, they see a cute, smiling girl wearing cut-offs and a bikini top mixing margaratas.
Everyone looks to be having a good time, at least.
"Haha, now this looks like a party! A silly party full of bad stereotypes, but a party nonetheless!" Stepping out of the way of a frat boy who seems desperate to get to the bathroom - and not wanting to know why - she turns to Dicky looking for his opinion.

Dicky squeaks out half of a reassuring smile. "Yea, let's just find someone to drink. How do you want to run this one? The foursome gambit? I've never been able to pull that one off before."
Of course, he never had a suitable partner for the scheme before either.

Dicky doesn't have much problem getting a tipsy young lady into a dark corner. There are some other people doing the same, though presumably not for quite the same reasons.
Meanwhile, a prep-looking guy in yet another sombrero tries chatting up Lezlie.
If Dicky wishes to feed here, he should go with Wits + Stealth. If he wants to get a girl to go somewhere with him, go with Manip + Persuasion.
"Hi," says Lezlie, eying the sombrero. "You have a name, or should I just call you Speedy Gonzalez?"

"I'm Jake," the guy says, switching a sweating Corona from his right to his left hand so he can offer the right to Lezlie to shake. "And I'm not speedy. I like to take my time. I don't think I've seen you around. You from another dorm, or off campus?"
Lezlie accepts his hand and gives it a firm shake. "Off campus. I'm sort of new here anyway, so it doesn't surprise me that you haven't seen me.
"I'm Lezlie, by the way."
