First thing you will notice about Ale is the abundance of her tattoos. They go from her face all the way to her feet, and not much is left bare. The second thing? Her strong Italian accent.

    Another night, another Court.

Not a Formal one, so less thought went into what she wore. Off white sheer top with rips and years and comfortable black pants. She would always go for something she could move in and she felt relaxed in over stylish or fancy any day of the week. Court, Invictus or not. And being Prince, she could. Steel toes boots completed the look.

No one could say she was never true to who she was.

Walking out first was Gabriel, who had a stake strapped to his outer thigh and Cain. Ale followed behind and stood at the railing. Gabriel stands near the office door, Cain stands beside Ale.

Quietly, she observed the room, as long red nails ran along the smooth railing. Her Beast snarled with rage at the weakness in the room. The chain that wraps around her Beast was grabbed and yanked, pulling it back into its corner. Dark eyes looking to Jennifer Hazelton , a deep nod of respect offered. She then spots her cousin and offers a nod. It was good to see her here early and already speaking with Jenn.

But the Italian remains where she was for now, deciding to watch the conversation unfold for a bit.

The Beast within its’ cage shuddered. Then it whined deep within Jennifer’s bones, feeling as though her skin was vibrating with tension. There was only one Kindred who commanded that power with her Beast. Jennifer turned to face the Alder Prince, making an effort to maintain the outward calm. Within a few moments, her Beast remembered that it was acquainted with this Beast, and it had not eaten them yet.
Jennifer lowered her body into a perfect curtsy towards the Prince. Jennifer held herself lowered towards the Alder Prince for several beats of a mortal’s heart before rising. One must always remember who created the stability and peace that permitted Elysium to be possible. Jennifer acknowledged the Alder Prince’s nod of respect towards Jennifer with a slight lowering of her of her own head towards Alessandra, this one a small fraction more familiar. There was strong history there.
As the Alder held herself at the railing and did not invite conversation, Jennifer turned back to Diana Warren.
Jennifer holds off her response until Diana has time to make her own show of respect.
Then the Nosferatu speaks, her voice slithering in the space between them and sibilant around the syllables.
“The words that are said in confidence can have truth.” Jennifer states.

Yet some will feed you lies to cause your downfall, that they can rise while you plummet. Her Beast whispered. Ah, Jennifer recognizes her occasionally pessimistic words and discounts them as she continues, her words tempered with experience and not paranoia.
“As long as one verifies the source. There have been times where misinformation has caused many a headache in my Danse.” Jennifer states.

Perhaps she has more news. Perhaps the underbelly of the Domain confides in her over you. Perhaps she smiles to your face and laughs behind your back.

There was a brief hitch in Jennifer’s speech before she securely locks her Beast back within the Beast’s cage. It is noisy tonight. Something… perhaps the newcomer’s unfamiliar Beast or that feeling of challenge, Jennifer reflected.
“Thankfully, our Court Officials are sensible.” A genuine smile. “Although on that, I have to admit to bias, as I am one.”
Jennifer’s eyes sharpened when the Alder Prince is mentioned. Jennifer watches the tone closely, the body language just as closely. Jennifer was very attentive when the Alder Prince was referenced. Yet, it seemed it was a favorable affirmation about the Prince’s competency. Jennifer remains watching Diana Warren as she continues, listening for more.

She picked up what I wanted.

Jennifer is pleased. Although those sentences were mused over, like a penguin musing over the perfect rock to present to a mate. There were many interpretations and Jennifer was confident as she moved forward.
“I find the Kindred here to be on a whole, attentive and alert.”
With a certain exception in a closet. And Mr. Jake. Yet she doesn’t know about that, so my point is true. Jennifer was careful about how she spoke the truth.
“Exceptional Kindred are welcome to become a part of the Domain, as long as they know the way to behave.”

Those words seem to have a sharp edge that hurt Jennifer as they left her mouth. That surprised her. Jennifer found herself glancing to the Prince, reassuring that she remained at the railing. That was surprising, too, Jennifer reflected. It was how I addressed the Prince about the idiot, Jennifer reflected. I do think I could have been clearer, less I have implied something that I did not mean with a thoughtless word. I should make time to clarify.
It was clear Jennifer had been thinking about something. Jennifer had been emotionally affected by something, and looked briefly surprised.

Jennifer pulled herself back to present and her current conversation, although the thoughtful expression was on her face.
    Jennifer smoothed her countenance.

“Have you found someone that gives you that impression, in particular?”
“Near enough to watch the news stories about Sacramento, yet I did not walk its’ streets while I breathed.” Jennifer responds.
