The evening has been cut by regular swaths of headlights and flashlights. A group of Kine are moving throughout nearby popular bars and night time hangouts. Three sets of people divide into two person pairs and move among the people. Occasionally, they insert themselves into pairs that are peeling off. There are expressions of irritation as some people are convinced to go home alone instead of pairing up and departing into the night together. At the moment, there are six people moving among the dark night.
In this area, Kindred would find hunting quite difficult. New motion activated nights are mounted at the mouth of three alleys near the bars.
