[Alicia Silvers]

Turning her gaze toward the Seneschal.
"I believe I misunderstood what proclamations that you spoke of, believing it to be more closely related to matters akin to your words of informing both you and Reeve Kingsley of matters going on within her Grace, the Alder Prince Alessandra's Domain. As such I extended my hand in offer if there was something I could be of aid in those manners."

Turning her head towards the man with a deepened bow of her head, worthy of his new status.
"Priscus Schneider." Now who will take over from Albert? "A shame indeed, with that in mind so am I curious to see what the coming nights will bring. What new faces will pass through these doors, and what new threats will rear their ugly heads." Meeting the nod with a gentle look. "I certainly feel fortuitous in that regard."

A light nod to show she had heard the words of not adding extra titles.
"One would think, coteries are after all crucial. Yet I have not seen that any Kindred of note in the domain seems to currently belong to one or seek one, granted my limited insight from how long I have been present here."

The Priest looked thoughtful for a moment regarding the matter of lack of intermingling at Court. "It is an unfortunate situation... Perhaps most Kindred are too fearful of reprisal or being seen as weak in a public setting. I admit, for my own part, the fact that I am the sole Priest in the Domain has made me overly cautious about how I am seen in public. What I do could be seen as reflective of my entire Covenant, for example." He hadn't really given any potential solutions to the problem, but perhaps elaborating on the issue would help stimulate the conversation. Surely, I'm not the only one who's felt this way?

Otto's posture stiffened at the Seneschal's remark about modes of address. "Yes..." There was about a minute of silence as he formulated his response, his tone notably reticent. "I am afraid that I have given offense where none was intended. In some instances, I relied on my late Sire's advice regarding addressing a member of the First Estate in a submissive form of address." Another pause as he gathered his wits to formulate a response. "Evidently, that advice was misplaced. Going forward, I will strive to refer to the Alder Prince by her formal title unless explicitly directed otherwise."

Jennifer glanced at Alicia.
"Yes, that is what I was stating. I did not know what you were intending to respond." Jennifer states. "I am sure that the Reeve would be glad to hear of this. I saw you and your cousin speaking to the Reeve at Formal Court. Was the matter resolved?"
Jennifer tilted her head slightly. "Did you say that no Kindred of note belong to a coterie?" Jennifer was clarifying Alicia's words after the misunderstanding that was being unraveled.
"The hesitation to be seen as weak in public is something that I have discussed in the past. I believe that in order to rise, one must show some initiative. If one is too afraid to rise above the unknown masses," A glance to the others who were in the room, yet were of no consequence, "- then what is the point?"
"Perhaps submissive terms need to be looked over. A submissive term is useful when showing contrition." Jennifer states.

Nodding towards the Seneschal.
"The information she possessed was passed on to Reeve Kingsley, and it did fall in line with matters that seems to be ongoing in the domain which Reeve Kingsley were already looking in to. Hopefully this will give enough aid to settle it quickly. How it has progressed since is not something I am privy to though." She told me to stay out of these matters, and so I will until she changes that command. "So people are not adhering to those proclamations? How do they expect the domain to function if those manners of things does not get followed?"

Taking a moment to formulate her words.
"No, I stated that no Kindred of grander note openly shows their belonging to one, whilst we clearly have some so are they ones whom more openly group together and seem to be more of the silent ones or ones whom only show themselves once a quarter. The full truth is likely a different matter of course and my words colored by my limited time here."

Feeling some flashes of memories at the words from the priest, recalling what her own Sire had more forced upon her than told her.
"There certainly are numerous ways to rise up, to show initiative, and with the far to many things happening within this domain all at once at the moment so is now an opportune time for those whom do wish to make themselves known." A look over to the priest, belonging to no covenant herself but thrown into a position with nearly no family around did offer some insight into the sensation.

Otto was curious about what information Alicia might have relayed to the Reeve, but said nothing. It didn't seem appropriate to insert himself into their exchange uninvited.

The Seneschal had a point. It was the vicious part of politics, true even amongst the Damned. If you never took any risks, you could never hope to rise above the rest. While there was an almost innate desire on Otto's part to weave alliances and deals, he had been prioritizing his loyalty to his Covenant over his Clan's proclivities. But perhaps my efforts have been a bit... stagnant.

"Your point is well-taken, Seneschal Hazelton." The Priest idly adjusted his tie as he collected his thoughts. "Kindred can survive as disconnected, paranoid predators, but that's not how we thrive. The point of our shared society is to allow for these kinds of opportunities. It might serve the rest of the Domain if they had a tangible reminder of that." His gaze rested on Alicia for a moment before returning to Jennifer. "Now that Moore House has been renovated and services resumed, I believe a change in priorities is in order."

Turning her gaze over towards the Priest.
"I assume this Moore House is the one you mentioned for midnight masses before?" A slight tilt of her head, a bit concerned over the low turnout of people around here this night, of ones to make an appearance, feeling the lack of numbers. I wonder if it is just people leaving from normal reasons or if anything transpiring within the domain is affiliated, or associated with what Eden spoke of. "How would you see prioritize change, and wherein would you take the first steps to ensure such shifts to come to be?" Turning an eye to the Seneschal for a moment, but opting to remain silent.

"Your guess is as good as mine, Priscus Silvers." Her Curse asserting itself with the serpent- like qualities into every word that the Nosferatu spoke. The Curse did wind itself more tightly over some of the Kindred.
Jennifer was quiet for a moment as she considered. Would what Ms. Clarke knew and if it poses risk to the stability of the Domain? Yet I see hat the information is not to be shared, and so it must not be considered important. Jennifer determines.

Again? Jennifer thought.Jennifer looks at Priscus Silvers for a moment. The words of Priscus Schneider pull Jennifer's attention. Her voice is colored with a warmer inflection as she states.
"This is very true. I am surprised... hm. Perhaps I am shocked and a bit impressed by the willful departure from wisdom of some Kindred to not see what the Kindred nature can be. The Man must be nurtured." Jennifer looks at the Ventrue for a moment, curious if he would have a response that met what she thought.

For a few moments, Otto found himself distracted by the sibilant sounds that characterized the Seneschal's speech. He had always assumed that it was somehow related to her Clan's curse, but he'd never asked. Perhaps she bears an exotic bloodline? It was food for thought, but nothing he wanted to vocalize at the moment. "The same." He replied to Alicia's question. "Moore House was once a church for kine, now it serves as a site for the Sanctified - and our guests - to gather."

The Ventrue spoke slowly, both because he wanted to be certain of how he phrased things but also to add emphasis to his proposal. "Some learn best when there is an example to follow. I believe that forming a coterie would be the same." His eyes briefly flickered to Jennifer to indicate that he was not ignoring the Seneschal, but that he was primarily addressing the Daeva. "A coterie need not be a long-term alliance, but an acknowledgement of Kindred pursuing the same goal. Priscus Silvers, you and I have been working well together investigating the haunting in the park. I think that formally acting as a coterie, even if only to pursue a specific short-term goal, would send a positive message to the rest of the Domain." A moment passed before he shrugged and added, "Obviously, the choice is yours and I do not intend to rush you."

Perhaps I should have asked outside the Seneschal's presence. It would have put less pressure on Alicia to produce an answer, but it had seemed necessary to show the Nosferatu that he was taking the concern about exhibiting cooperation seriously.

Jennifer remained quiet for a beat. Her eyes were on the Ventrue Priscus, lighting with interest. That is a commitment of cooperation...
Jennifer was greatly intrigued. Her Beast whispered in her chest, lusting after knowledge. The Beast leaned inside her chest, secretly pleased at this development being revealed at just this moment. They were the only three of note in the room.

Jennifer was a composed lady and soundly kept the Beast that longed for the response in her ribcage. Jennifer made a small nod towards the Priscus of the Ventrue.
"A most wise decision." Jennifer states in her Cursed voice that slithered in the darkness between the three. "I am pleased to see your deep thoughts on the matter, Priscus Schneider.
I do not need to be present for to hear the delicate details. I wish you a pleasant evening, Priscus Schneider and Priscus Silvers."

Jennifer paused for the two to be able to make their goodbyes. Jennifer gave a nod to each Priscus that involved a slight bending of her neck, which was only proper for a Priscus in good standing.
Jennifer collects Liam, gathers her scarf at the coat check and hides her deformity from the mortals outside, and departs into the cool and welcoming night.

Listening to the Seneschals words, taking them in with silence, carefully thinking them over for just a smidge to long it would seem as she soon finds herself curtsying and lower her head.
"Have a continued pleasant night Seneschal Hazelton, as always it has been a pleasure." Waiting for her to leave before getting up and turning her attention towards Otto.

"I figured as much but felt it best to verify, especially should our conversation from before one day come to be a reality." Not having forgotten the invite nor their words to not make light of it for now. "In my concern so would such a matter be rather negative, a coterie needs a certain amount of members, and to jump between them in a short term state would in my opinion show a come together and be able to work together. But also show that there is no real desire to build anything lasting, only to get together for one ordeal." A shake of her head. "Does that not fall closer towards cooperation than proper working for a common goal? Should a coteries common goal not be something larger and span more than a simple task?" Curious eyes walking over the newly appointed Priscus, curious as to hear his thoughts on the matter.
