Maybe I can finally be of some use Marcus thinks. Seeing the words about people deserving to pay, the Roman can relate. Vengeance is certainly a worthy pursuit. He looks to the group in the circle raising his voice to speak over the wind "Ms. Belen! Would you be willing to rest until we can find who killed you and make them pay?" Things were getting out of control quick, and Marcus knows that the better part of staying in control is having enough time to work things out, still the Roman had no idea how ghosts work. His voice wasn't sure, it felt more like reaching out into the dark hoping to grab something.

The Priest glanced at Marcus, surprised that the Gangrel was trying to talk down a ghost that they were actively trying to remove from the mortal plane. "If the ghost is reasonable, fine, but you may want to get over there in case things go sideways."

Otto wasn't entirely sure that he trusted the efficacy of the protective circle, but he also wasn't willing to assume it was just placebo. Unfortunately, he needed to act quickly and the Mekhet either hadn't heard them or was unable to open the circle fast enough. So, he compromised between not breaking the circle and not sitting on his hands. Taking a couple of steps back, the Ventrue took a running start and leapt over the protective markings. Frankly, it was about as respectful to the pagan ritual as he could afford under the circumstances. It also had the added benefit of giving him a bit of momentum as he continued to charge towards the dark figure near the security guard.

Gripping the rosary in his right hand, he sprinted towards the guard and the invading shadow. Could a vampire physically tackle a shadow? Well, he was about to find out. That guard should probably move. If she was rooted in place purely out of fear and not some sort of supernatural compulsion, he had a simple fix to the problem. Trying to lock eyes with the woman as best as he could while running, he felt the Beast revel in forcing its will on another as he summoned up the force of his Clan's signature Discipline into one word. "MOVE!"

Madame Bela is continuing her work. Albert who is knowledgeable can notice that the mortal has used a Blessed item to lessen a spirit's impact on the mortal world. The mortal Madame Bela has been attempting to assist on the second site. The second site that the spirit was affecting that every Kindred had ignored.

As Otto races to the mortal, he discovers that he cannot physically affect the dark shape with his physical body. Yet he is able to affect the dark shape with the Blessed Relic. Who does he think this dark shape is?
There is a sharp, piercing shriek that harms the Kindred's senstive hearing as Otto's Relic comes into contact. The Kindred react and when they look up, the darkness is gone. The wind has faded away.

Otto, Marcus, Alicia and Albert feel that the spiritual disturbance at the park has not been suitably set to rest. The spirit that each Kindred - and three mortals - were able to notice has been dispersed by Otto's brave attack with a Blessed Relic. What will happen in the future? Should the Kindred attempt to influence the mortals to keep information from affecting the Masquerade? Would the Kindred redouble thier research on how to deal with spirits?
