A printed word document was mailed to a post office box. A reporter on the crime desk is floating this by me. I am delaying it due to lack of evidence. You said that you wanted to hear anything spooky.- Clark
A printed word document read ‘Prey at Night: The new normal – spooky Haunting at Sacramento Park and Missing persons’. This reporter has been speaking to two concerned citizens, who do not want to give their names for fear of being identified by violent people – or possibly monsters.
“This town is becoming dangerous after dark. The police are investigating crime scenes and telling us to walk in pairs and lock our doors. Yet where are they when teenagers are being killed or pretty women are being kidnapped? There is a woman who claims to be a monster Hunter who says she will only meet as at her hotel in daylight to go over the evidence that she has collected. We’re meeting her tomorrow. If she sounds legit, we are forming our own Neighborhood Patrol – and we’re looking for whoever is preying at night’.
Liam brought the sheet to Jennifer, who read it with some interest. Jennifer read the note and then read the proposed article. Jennifer carried the sheet to her office, where she placed it in the copy machine and made three copies.
The third copy was placed on a cork board within the office where finely written words title the board Current events. The original sheet was placed into a plastic bag and titled with the date. Jennifer marked the plastic bag in Sharpie Helen Kingsley Bennedikta Grey Alder Prince Alessandra.
The first copy was placed into a manila folder and addressed to Reeve Helen Kingsley.
The second copy was placed into a manilla folder and mailed to Bennedikta Grey.
A letter was included in this folder as well.
The third copy was placed into a manilla folder and titled ‘Alessandra current events’. This was carried by Jennifer herself as she departed to find the Alder Prince.
