Jasper returns to the group from where he'd been poking around, and Sera leads them through the tails, well traveled by the Fairest - with how often she'd been this way hunting Queen Anne, and now she knows where not to be to avoid that spiteful Wizened farmer.

It takes time, as the Hedge is wont to return to the Funderland Gate, but they make it out, easier than they'd made it to the Orchard, perhaps the Hedge feeding off Sam's want for Sera to leave and Sera's Desire to never see Sam Crow again.

But they make it home, and they have answers, all in all a day well spent.
