<<We seek passage to the realm of the Magaths' master.>> It would seem Matthew can cut to the chase just as easily.

<<And we are hoping that you would be willing to assist us with this.>> Sally says in her normal polite tone. Sally did not like making a deal with this spirit and thought through her list of rituals while she waited.
Jordan remains silent, well as far as the spirits knew. Something about this situation irritated him. "Sure he will provide us with a guide. One we have to negotiate with? Perhaps he should have made that Provide you with a contact that could take you there. Bloody spirits." The irritation was clear in Jordans voice. He wanted to get going, not deal with smart ass spirits.
The gears can practically be seen turning in the spirits head. Err...whatever passes for gears in whatever passes for its head, at least. Some expressions just don't work as well with entities that don't possess anything approaching human physiology. Nonetheless, there does seem to be the realization of just what the other spirit had signed it up for. So to speak.
<<I can venture to the threshold, no further.>>
<<What is this Thresh hold? And why can you not pass through it?">> Sally asked unsure as to what the thresh hold is.
A bit more of the spirits...umm, silt, rises to the surface. And it seems to...spread out, a bit, form something of a platform. <<Climb on.>>
Sally gives Jordan a tap on the back and a smile. Sally then walks forward and mounts(?) the silted creature.
