Ok so with some landscape changes to the mage game I figured I would bring this up.
For me John Dee is a 300xp build but I failed to grasp the real definition of elder. He is not that in any regards. He is an extension of a previous build from another game.
If there is a desire to have the elders act more like elders in a classic way, I am willing to make John a 160 build and create a elder that is able to lead a cabal or such.
I am more than pleased with John and would be happy to continue as is. I just figured I would throw that out there if it would help with game play and be more in line with the intent of the elder builds.

Well, as far as the definition of Elder is concerned, it is merely a naming of level of experience. It does not necessarily mean you're character has to consider himself an elder, or that he has to act in a certain way. It is only a level of experience.
Now, keep in mind that could change depending on Tsa's view point.

Although the distinction throws me for a loop a little bit, I'll manage.
West and Kai are also elders, and they aren't giving off an "ancient master" vibe either.
I'll get used to it.
