City Status
Beyond your personal status in an order determined by merits, a character has a relative status in Sacramento.
This status is based off of the opinions of other Mages. That does include other player characters.
Final status is a function of the opinions of other Mages, weighted by the number of opinions and the importance of the ones who hold that opinion.
I ask of you that you contribute to the evaluation of the status of other player characters (and perhaps even NPCs) by evaluating them with a public opinion (the opinion you might share with others) vs your character's private opinion (the one they mostly keep to themselves). If your character does not have relevant knowledge of someone, it is entirely appropriate not to write an entry for them. Only write an entry if you have heard of or met another character.

Lex Magica
A condensed list of important rulings in Sacramento.
Sacramento has a serious problem with breaches of the Mystery. The large number of Apostates, coupled with a sense of lawlessness amongst the Pentacle means that Vulgar magic witnessed by Sleepers has been going unpunished and unregulated for some time. The Guardians are aggressively attempting to curb this behavior.
In addition, the Pentacle has yet to open direct channels of communication with the leadership of other supernatural residents in the city. A wizard would be right to question the contact restrictions that have been enacted by the 9 Link Chain. After a high profile breach of this ruling, this may be under reconsideration. (Which is to say: feel very free to break this rule.)
A Sanctum is sacred. It is a home, and no Mage has a right to invade that place of privacy unless specifically granted the power to do so by the Consilium.
Be mindful of meeting places. They are commonly marked by Mage sigils, and may have their own rules of conduct agreed upon by the ones who watch over them.
