Yes but there are good reasons for there being rules against he use of mobile phones in hospitals

There is a point in the day where one of the patients starts acting up, shouting that a ghost is stealing his pudding. By the time the nurses have calmed him down, Archie Crete is gone. He has left the hospital no record of name or address.
He did leave a thank you note though.
Robert's shift comes to a close without further incident. Most of the other patients are more routine, one pneumonia case, a heart murmur, and a kid with a broken wrist.
Time to head out.

At the end of his shift doctor Roberts goes though the normal process for leaving and then heads to the arrow headquarters.(assuming he knows where that is if not i'll edit this post)
