Thanks, that really makes it so much easier to keep track of.
Rune and John notice the letter at essentially the same time. They had been searching for anything that might be connected to the sparse papers they'd been given, and the search brings them to a single sheet of thick paper.
In handwritten script, the letter outlines the contents of a shipment. There is no indication of who the letter is from or two, and the destination is also missing.
The contents are:
Several kilograms of sacramental herbs and incenses that aren't terribly familiar to you.
A set of ornamental knives.
Several gallons of pure anointing oils.
One pair of iron shackles.
Three human corpses.
Wits+Investigation
Automatic success with Matter sight up.

John immediately is presented with a vision of a small metal room, and two men frantically at work. There's blood all over their arms and their white uniforms. Beneath them lies Archie wheezing breaths from a ventilator and bleeding from his abdomen.
It's an ambulance.

Ruby isn't an official of the Hoarders, so she'll need to find someone in charge as soon as she's told what's going on.
(note: Celestial Hoarders is the Cabal name)
John gets an instant view of an ambulance pulling up to a general hospital. They'll be taking Archie to the ER in a moment.
That would be a lot of sleepers and among them lots of doctors and nurses. Taking a healer might be a Paradox disaster; might be.
