Kai got home after a long night at the club.
"That poor girl he thought" She looked so young to have been eviscerated that horribly. "I will find you"...Gaff was it? He couldn't forget that name. Never, not until that name had been put into his list of executed supernals.
He meditated for an hour doing Ti Chi. It would take more than that to clear his mind, but he was tired.

He could feel himself failing miserably at finding his peace. The fight had been easy for him, and Davis didn't seem to mind the gaping wounds from his side, that were gone before Kai left. It had worked though. He was in, and he finally felt safe that Davis wasn't going to make his presence known to all of the vampires, at least not yet. And Davis seemed reasonable, and nice on some level, if a little irritable. Kai figured he might be irritable to if his club had been overrun with supernals.
Kai sat on the end of his bed. He was tired. And he hadn't even begun looking into the problem he was supposed to be here for. Then he though to himself "you have to look at the painting as a whole before you can start looking at the details"...He was liking Sacramento better on some levels. He had loved it until he had seen that girl ripped to shreds.
He pulled out his phone and texted Clover
"Would love to see you again. How about a proper date tomorrow at lunch. Can you make it?"
Nah, he was still loving it. Every city had its dark spots.

West woke up in the morning, showered, and put on some of the clothes he had bought while shopping with Circe. He pocketed all of his essentials, looking thoughtfully at the paper Karma had given him. Slipping it back in his wallet, he also made a mental note to track down the young Mage he had also met the night before.
Walking to the kitchen, he started a pot of coffee, and looked in the refrigerator. Leftover Chinese... great. Wherever they were going to meet Armadia, he hoped it was a place that served food. Sitting down with his coffee, he flipped on the TV and waited for the others to wake.

Consummate professionals, Kai and West are up and active long before the allotted Arrow meeting time.
The envelope detailing the location of the meeting was lying on the kitchen table when they arrived home. It was fairly well warded to prevent anyone but its intended recipients from reading it. Apparently there's an enclosed greenhouse on top of an apartment building, about 20 minutes away right off of the highway. Sounds like prime territory for a Hallow, and it's proximity to major transit makes it a decent location to launch operations from.
You have plenty of time to catch up about last nights events and prepare your daily rituals. The fridge was stocked for you by the Arrows when they prepared your Sanctum and there's leftover Chinese food from last night, breakfast might be a good option.

Kai redoes his Supreme Honing (resolved through PM).
Coming out and feeling fairly refreshed, He pulls out the leftover chinese and throws it in the microwave.
Looking at West, "So what time is this meeting supposed to occur anyway?"
He looks at the text message from Clover. A little dissapointed he would have to wait until tomorrow, but everything worked out for the best. Who knew how long this meeting with the arrows would take. He noticed she had picked a better spot this time, hopefully away from prying eyes.
He began eating his breakfast, curling his face. Chinese food for breakfast not so much, especially 2 day old chinese.

There was a click of the door and Circe made her way inside. She was dressed in jogging attire and covered in a good amount of sweat.
She smiled, seeing the two at the kitchen table, as she pulled the iPod ear bud out.
You both were out late last night....Anything of note we should be aware of going on? You both were out cold asleep when we got up this morning..

West watched Kai eat the Chinese leftovers. The man had no limits.
Smiling and waving to Circe, he said, "Oh yeah. Quite the night. Actually could have used your help, you're better at talking to people than I am." He filled her in, especially on Ankh and running into Karma again.
(( West will also bring up Spatial Awareness to watch for spies, as well as examine himself and the others for any "unusual" Sympathetic ties. Let me know if rolls are needed. ))

She shrugged at him.
My phone works... you should have called me ...or Az.
She looked around.
Speaking of which ...I guess he's not back yet either. Checked into a local gym that apparently has some of the local law enforcement as members. He went down there to feel them out. See if there is anyone that might have a ear to anything that might otherwise be "abnormal"
She walked into the kitchen and poured a glass of orange juice.
Walking back out with the glass.
Unless you got anything pressing then I'm going to clean up.
She started back towards the shower.

"You know, we are the only two guys in the whole damn world that would stumble upon two Mysterium infiltrations and betrayals in a row." West punctuates the statement with a laugh.
"We need to ask Chris when he gets back if they want to go. I still have no idea if they want to commit to the Adamant Way or if they just like us a lot," he says with a grin.

Kai puts on his rope belt, and dresses in loose clothing.
"If this turns out anything like our meetings in the past have, I want to be comfortable while kicking ass, or less favorably, getting my ass kicked."
(Just for ST knowledge, this is a belt that holds his bagk nahks at his side, easily breakable, but looks like a belt a goth kid would wear.)

Almost on cue, there was a click again at the door, and Azrael made his way inside. He downed the last of the bottled water that was in his hand, as he pushed the door back shut with his leg.
Well there you both are.....was starting to think I'd need to file Missing Persons on you both last night as late as it was when you came dragging in...all in a city new to us... history shows all the mages disappeared without reason... Guys dont call or check in.
He tossed the empty bottle into the recycle bin in the kitchen.
Talked to a couple local L.E's probably make nice here again come tomorrow might be able to have a few leaning our way if we need to look into anything deeper. Anything on your end?

As the car (filled with sorcerers) whips along the road trying to make up time, it shoots past a side street that puts needles through the sixth senses of the occupants.
Wits+Composure to catch a glimpse.
But there's a place that they need to be. And the car continues.
Not long after the apartment building pulls into sight. It's the tallest structure for several blocks, and a fogged up glass enclosure sits atop it.
As the car pulls in, the driver notices that only metered spots are available.

Azrael laughed slightly.
Sorry man after Houston massive vampire purge we had and the shit storm you mentioned went down in Baltimore. I'm a bit uneasy about any of us going out alone or keeping out of touch to long. Sorry if I sound like the mother hen. We lost some people in Houston. The body count you all had in Baltimore was through the roof. I dont want to be ordering flowers for somebody I actually like. I mean something wiped out the whole mage Pop. here and most people's memories of them to boot. Doesnt exactely make the city tourist material..
