I am opening up were-cats as possible player characters.
Here is how this works.
I am going to need three cat characters before I open the sub-venue. There will also not be more than 5 cats. I will keep people posted on how many cats I have here, so that there is no confusion.
The specific breed of werecat we are using is the Suthanu Sua, also known as the Colony, from war against the pure, page 187.
The skinny on the cats:
1. The breed once every ten years, by infecting a human with a deadly fever. If the cat leaves the human's presence within the first 24 hours, the human will die, and the cat will have to infect someone else. Or they go crazy slowly until they do infect someone and keep them alive.
2. They hunt often. Depends on the primal urge score (higher=more frequently). Basicly, they go out and hunt down some guy or gal whose morality is 4 or less. But, there is no supernatural way to tell if someone has low morality. So basic detectivework is in order.
3. They do not truck with spirits. No spirit interaction whatsoever.
4. They are nigh Immortal, sort of. Once killed, they will resurrect and lose one dot of primal urge (if they have only one, well then out of luck, thanks for playing). After the first resurrection, each subsequent ressurection requires a resolve+composure roll. And each roll gets harder by imposing a -1 cumulative penalty for each additional roll after the first. Nine lives indeed.
5. Three auspices: Red, Green, and Yellow eyes. Free specialty at character creation. Red: stealth, streetwise, brawl. Green: empathy, socialize, persuasion. Yellow: Academics, investigation, or occult.
Werecats do not have near beast or near man forms. They much purchase those forms with aspects (see below).
Finally, werecats get 7 dots of "aspects" to choose from. Pick from either the ones unique to werecats, aspects in the war against the pure book, or aspects in changing breeds book.

Working on my cat now. Per the ST we are already a established group so I guess I need to get other player's concept ideas to get a working unit. My original plan was going to be a mafia style character. Either Red or Green Eyed.
