"Thank you, Sentinel Animus. I know it is hard to remember when it's so painful. And only an awakened soul can truly see the dark irony in which death is not the worse that might befall a person."
She ignores the half offer of condolences as it's not much of a comfort when it's coming from someone who doesn't know either party. It's like the President phoning to say your child died on the battlefield. That's nice and all, but what does he know about your kid? Nothing. It's just a gesture.
"Even if you don't know who might be best for it right now, Councilor Mace, it's something that is best suited to those of your path, and those comfortable with death. Do you think you can manage to arrange that? And then I don't know if it's possible, but maybe if they're stable and not insane, we can find a way to communicate with them. Otherwise, we'll need to find a way to put them to rest. Unless there are objections or suggestions from the council to proceed another way?"
She shifts gears as quickly as necessary. She gives it a moment to let it sink in. The ley line clean up looked to be organizing itself, which is a good sign.
"And that's two for the clean up project. I think that anyone else that is capable enough with prime can organize with Provost Asp and Star. Just keep us updated on its status I should think."
