Ankh rocks back on her heels and considers the problem. Technically this woman wasn't alive anymore so there would be no guilt in killing it. West also has a point that she can't deny. She sighs. "All right. If you think finishing it is best."

West nods, looking seriously at the other two.
He was glad there wasn't an argument; this thing had no Soul. It was an aberration of the Lie, perhaps a challenge or crucible for the Fallen.
Beyond the Lie -- it was nothing. It never would be.
And it tried to kill us.
Holstering his pistol, he walked over and began stomping on what was left of the head, cursing softly as the body crumbled and pulped into a thick ash.
West frowned, looking at the dirty remains of the clothing, then kicked it all down a sewer drain.
Picking up the knife, he looked at the other two, seeing if they had any regrets.

Ankh waits patiently for West to be done. She looks at the knife in his hand and wonders if he is going to throw that away.
"If you're going to toss it, then give it to me. I can use it." She would rather not throw a decent knife away and the weapon looks like it may be decent enough.

Animus remains quiet. What was there to regret? The vampire had clearly been planning to attack them. In the Wild, hesitation meant death. This was hardly any different, especially when she hadn't even been alive in the first place.

West shrugged and handed over the knife. He hadn't intended to throw it away, but maybe this was better. To an Acanthus, even the smallest random act was thought provoking; the butterfly's wings now that might stave off a supernal war.
"Should we talk to them about this?" he mused aloud, glancing at the drain before heading back to the car.

Animus shakes his head. "Seems like too much of a risk. We don't know who she was among them. Maybe no one cares about her. Or maybe they'd all be after our blood if they knew. That she was alone seems to suggest the former is more likely, but I'd rather not take that chance."

West smiles, looking and listening to Animus.
